He's secretly the ranger in your party. In order to end the game you have to randomly (yes RANDOMLY) run into him while whoring in the brothel after doing all four towers. After he fucks you there, he will give you one of the two endings. The first ending is just you keep playing the game but without anything new.

wow even with cheats this is grind fest i got a shit ton of gold stats are high BUT no skills so although nothing can kill me it takes a while for me to kill something i cleared 4 towers solo in a row 1 after another and now i finally figured out how to add an alliance LOL cant go to sex shop LOL great time killer anyways knocked off about 3 hours reali life time just fucking around

After reading the overview, it kind of feels like a Healslut game. Of course, not everything like it, but there are similarities. Anyway, I'm excited to play the game. I loved the other RPGM games I played so far, so I have good expectations for the game.

From what I remember no, if you beat all the levels you HAVE to whore yourself out or you can't get the ending, because there's no content outside of the dungeons. One of the guys you sleep with gives you the two endings.
