HTML - Silent Echo [v0.2.1] [Jaded Dreams]

TLDR: Worth the play if you enjoy a good story and turn based combat. Must play if you are a fan of transformation games where player choice matters. Not a quick fap. Best HTML game I've ever played.

Good: Story, Strong player choice, Latex, MaleToFuta content (avoidable)
Bad: combat can be a bit slow, a bit too vanilla given the premise (nitpick)

Story:
Great story. There were points during the game where I was more interested in the story than the porn! The writing really pulls you in. The characters all have unique personalities, which are explored in the writing. They behave how you expect a “human” to behave. The characters do not behave like porn addicts.

Gameplay:
Turn based combat. Can be considered a weak point since the player has a small move set in combat. On the other hand, the player has opportunities to expand their total skills and can change them out right before a fight. The enemies are varied and require unique tactics. Enjoyable if you like turn based combat but nothing innovative. The game also rewards exploration which is a huge boon!

Sex scenes:
They require reading to enjoy. The writing is great, and I found them very enjoyable. Usually, the sex scenes will have a single still or animated image with them. If you want a purely visual porn game, this won't satisfy. Sex scenes only happen at the end of combat or when certain events trigger. Most of the game is actually turn based combat.

Has cool fighting system, nice plot and Doomguy(c) protagonist...

Some kind of infection in the lab and you are here to solve it (reminds me of the F.E.A.R. 2 start, lol).

Good 2d art.

-Sound
Some basic sounds and music.

-Playability
Now has 2 levels with some scenes and couple of branching paths (not sure how many differences they all have)

-Performance
HTML, works easy.

-Bugs
Not sure if I saw them.

-Animations
2d basic animations and still images.

-Voice Acting
Don't remember hearing them.

-Grammar
Didn't see any mistakes.

-Amount of content
Cool amount of content and quality, and it has great potential.

Was looking after it since [v.0.1] and like it a lot!
Hope to see it develop and be finished.

I do give it 4 star cause it is.
It has good graphics, fine game play, acceptable story, cool guy and hot latex babes, regular updates.
While you think "hey this guy trying to downplay what i see"
Sadly Nope...
Reason: while most stuff are either acceptable or good... there is nothing great/ remarkable at all.
The reason for a lot of 5star rating is a compensation vs rated up bad games.
To sum it up it is a well made budget (low cost) game.
If you like latex sluts then you will like this dame. At least i had fun playing it.

4.5 star game. Will give 5 after part 2 most probably. It has a lot of negatives but it does so many things so good that you will just ignore them. In essence, this game is focused latex corruption speedrun game in a scifi settings. It does not want to do anything more than that and that's a great thing.

Very good so far (version 0.2.0). Combat is solid, choices matter, customization starting to looks like customization. Still WIP, but looks extremely promising. Grind is substansional, but not extreme. "I give it five on Wang-O-Meter" (c)

I felt a vibe from good old games while playing this masterpiece

Spirit of exploration and lack of consumables drives you to learn mechanics and use a simple, but effective strategy, rather that just clicking on the enemy

I like companions system and different guns

Really impressive for a browser game, definitely recommended after playing chapter 1.
Seems to have a big focus on Latex, but I think its fully enjoyable without sharing that kink.

Wonder what Ch.2 will bring, promising so far

5/5 as it is the most well-made Twine game i’ve played, while having transformations and fluid gameplay

The game is very good, it is in the style of Starwatch Academy and has quite interesting content. I would like it to have more things but the game is relatively new so I am not going to demand much from it.

Very early, and quite clunky in many ways, but a very promising game.

The game mechanics are very standard. Combat, movement, etc... are serviceable, if uninspired.

The story is sort-of run of the mill alien goo / protomolecule / latex plant development along the lines of 100s of sextasy fiction over the last 30 years, but it's well exposed (inasmuch as exposition is necessary, given how much of a trope that is), logically and systems consistent, and not rambling into stuff we will never care about gameplay-wise.

The kink is very much centered on, you guessed it, latex and goo transformation. So if you aren't into that, move right on, there is nothing for you here.

But withing that scope and limitations, it does an excellent job of delivering a credible story progression, with appropriate and enticing scenes, and actually decent PC and NPC development to the point that this makes it a decent game, never mind the kink.

And the smut, if you are in that sort of things, does deliver. It's cleverly inserted, not over the top, fits in the story, and where repeatable, does repeat pleasantly.

Overall, very competently executed in all of its art, writing, game and smut dimensions. but a bit niche in its kinks.

Aboslutely devastated that the game is so short right now, it's great right now and has the chance to be even greater. I hope the dev sticks with this game.
Only problem i have is that taking a turn and ending combat are slightly too slow.

Great potential, decent gameplay. Excited to see more.

Currently, the game is primarily going around exploring various rooms, which involves a lot of back and forth as you gather your gear and accumulate XP.

Meet enemy, beat enemy, or lose on purpose to enemy to get changed. You can spiral fast into getting your ass kicked if you don't pay attention to your armor and medkits.

Cool premise and sci-fi setting, the character development for your companions is pretty well done. For a initial release there's a decent amount of content and the style they choose to do the scenes in I think its safe to say that content will be pretty steady. The enemies and corruption system is pretty neat and easy to manage in whatever direction one may prefer. Combat wise its pretty simple and fun turn based. Overall this is one of the better html games in this genre, for reference its similar to TiTs and CoC.

Silent Echo [v0.1.5] Review:

I like the premise of this game compared to the other HTML games on this site (no offense). The story is coherent enough for a porn game, the art is great and I really like how you can choose to work against the latex or embrace it. Overall, if I had to talk about the things I'd like to be improved they'd be:
- A better equipment system
- Some more variation for the latex monsters

I hope the dev has it going well for them so we can see how this game will pan out, I highly recommend for people to try it.

It's story is good, writing is good, there 's good scene,
the different balance is well done too, if you want a easiler adventure, rest more, and it don't cost you anythings.And you can also keep push on story,and task, which give you charllenge battle.
I 'm sure if it go on development, it will be another greathit.

I 've been following this game on Itch mostly due to the devs over game Star Watch. Unlike that game this is a more linier affair but makes up for with a decent dungeon crawling combat that reminds me of old PC rpgs good art and a bevy transformation stuff if your into that kink . Story wise my only real negative is the protagonist is a bit of a hardarse and not in the good way either your milege may vary on whether you find them boring or not like I do however I do wonder if thats intended on the devs part considring the tropes involved. All in all I like what I see at the moment its a fun game has a good and setting and for me that alwqys comes first over porn
