It's not possible. A Corruption 0 run requires to keep an eye on your corruption and use the corruption reduction services to keep it in check. Save often on no corruption runs!

To answer your question about the invol TF scene in Alix's office, it is the result of a commission, hence why it is slightly different from the base game. While the transformation itself is involuntary (still your fault for meddling with an unknown canister), the sex is very much consensual (it is stated in the game disclaimer that all scenes are consensual) even though Emilia is very pushy in that scene. Rape is illegal and we cannot implement such content in the game.
I do understand however that the sudden and inevitable nature of this particular scene is what is off-putting compared to others where there's always a way to avoid the scene or control them in some way.
I'll look into adding some sort of content gate setting in the game settings screen for this kind of scenes, which I think is the easiest way to go around it.
For the other points, the next patch should solve most of these issues with the new content coming with it.
