I think it's by design, imagine starting from a save point in the latest update, just for it end instantly with little to no content. Like the mockery of the gallery option, where you still have to replay to unlock the newer content, rendering it almost pointless.

After concluding her business with Albert, Kira decides to go look for Justin who still hasn't returned. In this update we can also finally watch the mysterious VHS-tape, if we can find sufficiently old tech to play it.

100% agreed. Each new build would take 3 minutes to complete if saves or day skips were implemented.

Hard to believe it had virtually no content, my opinion has been they have been sitting on content and letting it drip out so as to extend the life of the game, I think they have no content left.

I think the gradual decline is a bad sign, each month has gotten worse, great if they can pull it back and surprise people but I doubt that will happen.

Brother's room key? If so, it is located in the garage to the left of the fuse shelf. There you need to click on the box.
