While the pink one's route is indeed a full-blown NTR, the blonde girl's is only semi-ntr (just a few scenes, and it ends with a happy ending where MC cucks the minotaur and the blonde is in love with MC); and then there's the white milf, who has zero NTR in her route, so calling it "fully NTR" would be an overstatement.
