Well, since it's really just running that .reg file (and letting it make the changes when asked, right after) and quite literally nothing else -and quite literally NOTHING should be able to go wrong-, you must be magic or something...
What exactly are you doing (should be just a double-click) / trying to do (trying to get it to run in full-screen, right?)?
You're on Windows, right? And you can see the 'Fullscreen_mode.reg' file you can get from the post you quoted, right??
