Abandoned:
Developer notes had this: " If you're looking for instant gratification and over-abundance of sex, there is a thousand great titles on this site that can provide you this kind of content."
How about just plain gratification, not even instant? And not even "over-abundance" of sex, but maybe ANY sex?
The notes concluded -- "If you're still confused, let me ask you this: Do you go to a steak house and complain that there's no Chinese food on the menu?" It would seem to me that if you're going to be so arrogant about it, maybe be sure to follow through, yeah?
"Let me ask you this -- do you put your game on a pirate AVN porn site and complain that people expect actual PORN?"
Haven't you heard the phrase, “I came looking for sex and ended up finding a good story”? Those of us who followed the show loved the story, especially the chemistry between the MC and her best friend. I loved every moment they shared together.
Then there's the plot, which involves magic, secret societies, a government conspiracy, and things like that. And if there was a lack of sex, but damn it Bob, in my opinion, everything else made up for it, and I wasn't so desperate to see sex without love when there was something special between the main characters.
Unfortunately, after the end of the first arc, Dev disappeared into thin air like Aang in Avatar. It was one of the most painful abandonments I've ever experienced, even more so than when my daddy left us

(just kidding, well, sort of).
