I'm really just looking for something where adults who know each other closely seek new experiences, but I really really want to avoid the typical Netorare, Netori, or even Netorase tropes where someone ends up feeling bad about the whole situation. I'd like all relationships to remain intact, and for everyone to have a good experience. It might be a bit naive and boring to some, but it's really something I'd like to see more of.

There is a swinging tag, but even when I use it and filter out Netorare and Corruption the waters are still pretty muddy.

Only found a few rare like this, i would say this two are the best one

Exciting games (whole game is swinger and not ntr)
Burning boundaries (with the loving path with the wife it go swinger like without ntr)

Keep in mind NTS (netorase) doesn't necessarily require any bad stuff like feeling bad, couples breaking up, marriages destroyed etc. The main thing with NTS is that the POV character is mostly ok with the LI screwing others as opposed to strongly being against it (NTR). Happy consensual swinging/sharing/foursomes/orgies etc are a type of netorase.

In Burning Boundaries the only way to unintentionally trigger NTR (netorare) is to have 5 or fewer "relationship points" with your wife by the time she visits her boss for the third time. You start out with 0 points and if you're even halfway nice to her you should have more than 10 by then so there's no real way it happens by accident, not without consistently antagonizing her on purpose. So it feels like "fake NTR" as far as fans of true NTR are concerned. Still damn hot to see though.

In Club Velvet Rose: Midnight Bliss it's 95% full swaps, half swaps and threesomes (and screwing other women behind the wife's back if you choose to). While there is the possibility of NTR I believe that to trigger it you have to forbid your wife from swinging after you've already done it right in front of her (and perhaps also behind her back). And even if you choose to go for the NTR it doesn't even go beyond foreplay during the game. Only in one of the bad/ntr ending epilogues do you get a pic of her fucking someone else without your consent. So it's also too weak for fans of true NTR.
