Seeking Simulation/Trainer Games with Consequences?

When I was a horny young lad many moons ago, and did not even know how to clear browser history, I chanced upon my first hentai game: Window Girl. And hoo boy, the experience became a core memory, and not only because of ass whopping I got from my dad after my computer got infected. I instantly fell in love - the art was fantastic, and having a hot anime babe getting turned on by my furious clicking actions clicks were too much for my virgin ass. But if that was all the game had to offer, I would have been done with the game in 30 seconds (...). Fortunately for me, the game had, what I believe to this day is one of the most important aspect of any simulation game: consequences. What made this game so addicting was balancing out pleasure and displeasure bar, toeing the lines between ecstasy and getting arrested. And when I finally beat the game after couple of weeks... oh man, the dopamine blast is something that I still remember. For those of you who never played this game and are interested, I unfortunately cannot provide the links, but it is pretty easy to find. It is a flash game so you do need some elbow grease, but... it is a sacrifice worth making.

I got side tracked a bit, but I am looking for more games that have similar elements. These are as follows:
  1. Interactive Simulation Elements: Interact using clicks or keyboard taps with various body parts of the character - the more the better! Auto is okay, as long as there is an option to interact manually as well.
    1. Trainer aspect, where there is development gauge or progression, or something similar, are great as well.
  2. Consequences/Potential for Failures: Overdoing things, or stimulating underdeveloped areas, and etc., lead to "end" of the session. Having in-game time limit is also nice addition, though it alone is insufficient to be described as consequences to me.
  3. 1st person POV: I want to feel like I am the one performing these unholy acts. PARASOCIALS UNITE.

Here are some games that I played that were in similar veins:
  1. 30 Days with My School-Refusing Sister - Probably the closest game to what I am seeking. Despite being described as bare bones by some others, this game checks all my important boxes. The auto feature was also handy, pun intended - being able to stimulate multiple body parts without clicking furiously was helpful, especially since my other hand was busy. The time-limit and consequences spending time was balanced just right, and I really enjoyed this game. The sister's kuudere personality was just an excellent cherry on top as well. Oh, and the art was just godly. I LOVE THIS GAME. The only downsides were that having just a single "sex scene" and no voice acting.
  2. Living with Sister: Monochrome Fantasy - I would say that this game is better than the above in terms of overall experience/gameplay, but speaking to my preferences, this game has less interactivity, and once progressed to a certain point, the potential for failures basically become non-existent. Its prequel, Imouto!? Life ~Monochrome~ is also great, but is basically the alpha/beta version of the game.
  3. Feelin' Click - This game has the best simulator feature, but it unfortunately falls short because some body parts do not increase sex gauge (what do you mean massaging abs doesn't raise anything), and basically has no consequences. It is voiced though, and despite the clunky controls, is pretty great simulator game.
  4. The Taming Massage Parlor - Mari's Story - This game is difficult for a porn game, with okay art. The interactiveness is pretty linear, and progression is not tied to development, but rather the dialogue choices made during the game. Also you can't have sex with Mari while she's broken WHY

Check Uncle Vulvius' House of Pleasure. It doesn't satisfy all of your requirements (you can't interact with body parts by clicking, you can only choose some limited options), but there is a trainer aspect, and there is potential for failures (you can overdo stuff and the girls gain stress). What I like the most are the gorgeously animated facial expressions of the girls, looking at which you can judge whether you're overdoing/underdoing things.
