Bro, in game developement, UI and HUDs and Etc always come LAST. I have my fair share in Graphic Design, and the Artistic part of UIs are always the last to be done, so maybe, the UI will be more customisable amd beautiful when the game is completed.
Yeah, it needs so fixing, debugging and polishing, but its literally one dude learning to code. Hell, they don't even have money to afford actual artists to draw art.
