Graphics: 9/10 Sinful Spaces showcases the potential of AI-generated art in gaming. The 2D sprites are stunningly detailed, creating lifelike tenants that evolve visually as you progress. The UI is crisp and well-designed, especially on 1080p displays. While 4K users might face some issues, the overall visual presentation is top-notch. Gameplay: 8/10 At its core, Sinful Spaces offers a unique blend of management and corruption mechanics. Players balance running a hotel with gradually seducing tenants through spying, bugging, and dating. The technology tree and relationship upgrade system add depth, allowing for strategic choices in tenant corruption. While the grind can be challenging, it creates a satisfying sense of progression. Innovation: 10/10 As one of the first games to fully embrace AI-generated content, Sinful Spaces is a trailblazer. It demonstrates how AI can be integrated into game development, particularly in creating diverse and attractive character models. The game's approach to gradual character reveal through gameplay is both novel and engaging. Replayability: 8/10 With multiple tenants to corrupt and different paths to take (slave or romantic partner), Sinful Spaces offers significant replay value. The ability to recruit both male and female tenants adds to the game's longevity and appeal to a wider audience. Story: 6/10 While not the game's strong suit, the narrative provides a sufficient backdrop for the gameplay. The harem-building premise works well within the game's structure, though deeper character development could enhance the experience. User Interface: 9/10 The game's UI is a standout feature, offering clear and intuitive navigation despite the complexity of options available. It's particularly impressive on 1080p screens, making the management aspects of the game a pleasure to engage with. Overall: 5/5 Sinful Spaces is a groundbreaking title that pushes the boundaries of what's possible with AI in game development. Its blend of stunning visuals, engaging management gameplay, and innovative use of AI-generated content makes it a must-play for fans of adult-oriented sims. While it may not appeal to everyone due to its mature themes and gameplay style, it excels in what it sets out to do. Sinful Spaces sets a new standard for AI-assisted game creation and adult management sims.

I liked the game. I believe it has enormous potential.

Currently, some mechanics seem meaningless or do not generate gains for the player.

Not to mention the lack of hardcore content.

Despite this, it has unique gameplay. I play with every update.

Spent an ungodly amount of time clicking away at this grind fest, but I must admit, I enjoyed it. The ai images are very well done, music and design is great, but I was disappointed at the lack of hardcore images. Having an entire harem at your disposal, but only Louis CK'ing them was a let down. Interested to see what expansions come from here.

    Sinful Spaces

AI-supported games are among us now. Sinful Spaces is somewhat of a management game, where you try to keep your tenants happy while spying on them. You gradually corrupt them into your crazy harem fantasy as each woman warms up to you through help, dates and more. Sinful Spaces is showing how an AI-built game can be beautiful, but repetitive as well.

    STORY
As hotel owner, you build a business preying on your tenants. They pay you rent and you spy on them. You install devices to learn more about them (gain stats) which help you grow in favor with your tenants. You then slowly recruit them into your web of sexual fantasies. It’s actually pretty interesting, if any of the tenants had more personality than a thin piece of paper.

There really isn’t a in-depth story here, nor do any of the characters stand out or surprise. You’re basically picking visual features and grind stats until you find them undressed. It’s a missed opportunity, because having a different story for each tenant would have made the dates and corruption more interesting. One plus - you can recruit female and male tenants.

Since this game is primarily focused on gameplay, the story takes a backseat here. It’s a shame, because this game could benefit from an overarching story with tenants that really stand out to make the experience more memorable. But the harem story works well enough to create the illusion.

    PRESENTATION
The game looks great. It’s all 2d AI rendered sprites and well-designed menus, but it works well for the illusion of having a character in front of you. The models looks very attractive, sometimes a bit too perfect, but have this helpless quality about them. With each step, you gradually unlock seeing more of your tenant. It’s an addicting experience, although various gameplay choices hamper it from being great.

The UI is amazingly well designed. It can be quite daunting since there are more than a few options, but on my 1080p screen everything looks crisp and clear. I’ve read reports of people with 4k running into issues, not to mention render quality limits. This is best played at 1080 - and even then you’ll be wanting more out of the renders this game presents.

My biggest gripe with this game is - it doesn’t really present you the renders you unlock. Everything you unlock is presented through a profile screen that shows pictures at about 50% of screen real estate. Interactions with characters are actually 100% real estate, so it begs the question why the developer chose this for the renders you unlock. In fact, you might just see a bigger version of the picture in the ‘spying’ screen rather than anywhere else.

The whole silhouette corruption scene did little to nothing for me visually. It’s a lewd way of showing a man jacking off to his tenants, but in reality it just took away from the fantasy for me.

    GAMEPLAY
Since this game is all about the gameplay, prepare to grind. There are three levels of grind and even the easiest was too much for me. You spend your days spying on tenants while not getting caught - through a dual selection where one tenant will increase in danger. It’s basically a lot of sliders and numbers changing before you get to see a new picture of your tenants. It’s spreadsheet porn with an image of a hot babe or stud clipped to it.

You have multiple steps to take before you can fully corrupt your tenant - spy on them, bug their house, find out their interests and take them out on dates. You upgrade your relationship with them through a technology tree which you slowly rank up as you progress through the days. There’s paths in the works to either turn your tenant into your slave or your mistress/boy toy. Curious to see how this will pan out and if the story will impact it.

    OVERALL
You want to see how well AI-art can carry a game? You like a game that’s gameplay-heavy with great visuals and little story? You don’t care about porn too much and don’t mind grinding out the numbers in order to see a little more flesh? This is your game! It’s a great staple to show how you could build a game around characters made with AI - and it would improve even more if the developer is somehow able to incorporate story into this. Sinful Spaces is not for everyone, but it’s an interesting development into the future.

    6.5/10, so 3/5 on F95.

I felt compelled to write this review, because I feel like the cons for other people are pros for me. I think the AI-generated art looks great, almost better than real life in some ways. I don't care if it "looks fake" or whatever, all of it is fake anyway, so who cares?

Secondly, I don't care that it's a repetitive clickfest with almost zero story. I'm the type of person who loses interest in a sex game when I see that it's just a VN with no gameplay, and get more interested when I see that there are some stats that I can increase by clicking buttons repeatedly. I like that this is a "click things to unlock sexy pics" game. And don't get me wrong, I have played games where I felt like there was too much tedious grinding, but I think this game does a good job of doling out small, incremental bits of progression at a nice, frequent pace, so you feel like your grinding is always getting you somewhere.

Sorta combining those two previous points, I also don't care about the lack of hardcore images. Of course it's always appealing to have actual sex in a sexy game, and there can be a feeling of being cockteased if you relate to the player-character enough to feel like "you" are being denied sex. But for myself, I'm quite happy for this to just be a "grind to unlock sexy pics" game, so I don't feel like "I" (which is actually just a fictional character who isn't me anyway) am not missing out on sex with these other fictional characters. And anyway, I like nicely composed frontal views of sexy women. A lot of the sex poses put less focus on the parts of the body I find most sexy (face and boobs). Girls Next Door (which is almost an exact clone of this game in some ways) has sex images, and I didn't consider them an improvement on the full frontal nudity images that preceded them in the chain of progression.

Also, I like games where you can earn passive income, even if it's just a silly "numbers go up" kind of thing. I think that's fun, it's just the way I am. This game checks a lot of boxes for me, and I hope the devs will see reviews like this and keep pressing forward to develop it further. I feel like with most games on this site, I can read a description where a game sounds appealing, and then low reviews will explain why the game didn't actually live up to its description. Conversely, the low reviews for this game just seem like "this game doesn't appeal to my personal tastes." I would never review a kinetic novel and give it 1 star because there was no gameplay. I wish people wouldn't give this game low ratings just because the style of art or gameplay are not what they like. I almost feel like this is the platonic form of what I want a sexy game to be (light on story that I would probably just skip through anyway, heavy on clicking to unlock sexy visuals, with good art and a good pace). I hope more people will make games like this.

    As a work in progress, I give v0.7.1 a 5-star rating.

    Some suggestions for improvement:

    The UI:
My mouse cursor does not hover over the Hall of Fame tab. Please fix.

    AI art:
Most of the images look realistic, but a few of them stand out looking cartoonish.

    The characters:
If the devs care about diversity, why do vaginas all look the same? I’d like to see some with visible pussy lips and different pubic hairstyles.

    Things that I like:

Classy nudity and no hardcore stuff

    Ambient music

    Tarvisk

    Pros:
    1. Well-done CGs, I wonder how details prompts the devs using
2.If you know how to play, it will be addicted
    3. At least it has more features than the another "old" one, forgot the name but same gameplay.

    Cons:
    1. You should change the order of CGs for a character, sometimes I feel the order of CGs not suitable based on obsession level
    2. If you don't know how to play, yes, I admit it's grindy and you should play the Easy mode
    3. The game has "random" results when in Danger level and rolling dice.

    Solutions:
    1. Remove the random result when in Danger level and when rolling dice. Instead using other methods like "clicking in the right moment"....
    2. Has story with each characters
    3. Has H-Scene CGs, not only "stripping" CGs

So 3* is fair for me!

This game feels like a proof of concept more than anything else

it feels like the skeleton that someone would whip up in an afternoon just to see if it works

to start off there are no sex scenes and every single line of dialogue is generic and shared between all the girls

There is a horrid grind (even on easy mode). It will probably be about 30 minutes before you see a bare breast.

I feel AI CG can be used well as a visual aide but here it is all you get there is NOTHING to this game aside from the AI images which feels really lacking

they aren't even particularly inspired ai images

You could get the same effect as playing this game faster by loading up an ai sexy woman generator and typing in "japanese nurse" "big titty goth" and save yourself some effort

Just wanted to say I somehow got caught up in all the excitment around this game. Can't explain it, I just love the progression you get, the voyeurism effect, the relationship you can (for now) start to create with the different persons involved.
I give 5 stars for sure.
Please keep up the good work, I love it honestly. Lots of girls and for me lots of pleasure. My favourist at the moment.

One thing is certain for me, this game is improving at each update they release.

    I played v0.5.0 and now v0.6.1.
I didn't like it when it was released so I waited to rate it, but it is growing on me now.
For me, its been kind of a goon flow experience.

If they keep up the good work we might have a good AI game on the way.

TL;DR: A thousand clicks show softcore pics.

This game for me has strengths and weaknesses, however the weaknesses severely outweigh the strengths.

The premise: you are managing an apartment building with some tenants (which really means "tenants" in this game and is no euphemism). Each day you have one basic action: peeking on them. You get two of your tenants (you start out with three) randomly picked to choose from, you will get a bit of "familiarity" with the one you pick, a bit less with the other. "Familiarity" is defined by the game as you getting to know their routines so you can watch better "scenes" in the future, but also seems to double as a kind of love level like meter.

Girls (I should say tenants because there are male ones as well, but since I am not interested in them, I avoided them as much as possible, so please forgive me if I use the words interchangably even if you wouldn't) also have a suspicion rating ranging in five steps from "I don't suspect anything" to "I know". The girl you picked gets one step higher, the one you avoid goes one step down (if possible). If you peek on a girl at the "I know" stage, there is a 50% die roll whether she will get into exhibition mode (bonus familiarity for this and the next peek) or not (loss of familiarity, next time they will not be pickable), after that they go back in both cases to "No suspicion". There seem to be no long term consequences either way. Girls who you didn't get a chance to peek on will have their suspicion level unchanged, so even if you didn't peek on them for weeks, they will still "know" if they did before.

Once certain familiarity values are reached, a girl goes up a level and a new, more lewd image for them is used.

Every sunday tenants pay rent, every wednesday an "event" happens, which is one of four things in the flat breaking down, giving you the chance to ignore it (loss of familiarity), pay a handyman to fix it (small gain, obviously costs money) or fix it yourself (large familiarity gain but needs a certain level to be available).

After a while some shops unlock, allowing you to buy a very small selection of stuff with your money - changes to the apartment to improve odds on the "I know" die roll, more familiarity per interaction, higher chances on being available in the random selection compared to other girls. You can also spend money on advertising for a new tenant to come to the house (one pick from a random selection with more options to choose from if you pay more), or invite a tenant for dinner (more on that later).

After their lease is up, you can kick them out or continue the contract, you can raise or lower rent here, which will respectively decrease or increase familiarity by a hefty amount. That's it. When a tenant reaches level 15, they will buy their apartment (for $10,000, which is a pretty good chunk in this game) and go to the "Hall of Fame", they can still be accessed in the gallery or for invitation purposes but will pay no more rent and cannot be peeked at anymore.

To start with the three legged elephant in the room, the AI graphics. These are not the most realistic looking I have seen but generally very nice. I did not notice any superfluous limbs or similar, a girl's body and face are mostly pretty consistent compared to other AI games, however, some egregious changes in one or two girls happen - the game mentions that in the tutorial and tries to sell it as an asset, I am not so sure about that.

What is an asset for me is the high variety of tenants, giving options beyond the usual stereotypes in looks, although they are all here - BBW, MILF, Cosplayer, green-eyed redhead. And insofar as they are down my alley I found them looking nice.

However, the images are posed for the camera, there is no sense of being a peeking voyeur in them, many backdrops also certainly don't show an apartment, so the story breaks down here.

As for the gameplay: there really isn't any. Since there are no running costs, there is no management as such, worst case scenario is you will slow down the time you need to see everything (it adds up ...). Similarily you risking to peek at an "I know" girl only gambles some familiarity but doesn't really affect progress as a whole.

As for the "girls with different characters" - uhm, no. To start with, this game is very low on text anyway, I would be surprised if there even were 100 lines of text available, and that includes "You bought flowers". All girls have four hidden attributes - age, nationality, hobby, sexual kink. After three days in the restaurant (which has a 9 day cooldown by the way, this takes a lot of time) you can ask one of the first three. Interestingly with the line "Your talk is getting intimate" - I would not have expected talking about a hobby to be "too intrusive" for a first date, but yeah. So you learn she was playing Volleyball. There is not even dialogue for that, you always get a line "you had a nice conversation" and then the attribute is displayed on the character sheet. You cannot ask for the sex kink yet.

After that you're stuck for now, the girl gets bored with dinner dates, and the two other options - where I guess you can get more "info" - are not available yet. But apart from different words and numbers in the character sheet, there is no difference when interacting with them whatsoever. And no line of actual dialogue with any of them at all.

As I said in the first sentence, so far everything is softcore nudity. I guess when we learn about kinks there will be some more explicit pics but I wouldn't know.

So you click to peek, click to peek again, when there is enough money you buy the familiarity bonus (which really is needed IMO) and invite new tenants, after a while money is a non issue (raise rents at first, you can get all the lost familiarity back later once you're rich enough).

The pics are decent to very decent and I would love for some of the girls seen to be taken and given some character, maybe in a real game. But here it is just mindless clicking, for a pretty long time, with nice but ultimately not that exciting AI cg. And no noteworthy story whatsoever.

v0.6. The reviews of this title are quite polarised, but I enjoyed it.

It's basically a voyeur game where you just spy on tenants and gradually see them in different states of undress. The gameplay is simple enough - click on cards, don't spy on one girl too much, and manage your rental income. I do enjoy this aspect of the experience as it slowly reveals each girl without going overboard with the grind. The use of keyboard shortcuts is a helpful addition, too.

There is minimal interaction with the girls and almost no dialogue. This might be planned further in development and would really improve the experience, but it's not a downside at the moment.

Where the game is really interesting is the use of AI-generated artwork. There is a wide variety of characters to choose from and each of them have a decent amount of images that are all related, so it does feel like the AI content has allowed the developer to quickly produce sufficient content for the game. The artwork itself is pretty good - it's halfway between obvious CG renders and real images, so the effect is quite pleasing.

It feels like the start of something great, but it's just a bit early in development to place too much judgement. The gameplay and artwork has me hooked and I'm craving more, so I'll definitely be following this title.

    As of V.6.

    Game has no redeeming features.

Art isn't horrible, but having played games that do it right, the Ai Cg is a total boner killer. I mean. Some of the girls look interesting. So at least they tried.

Gameplay is as grindy as humanly possible. It is basic and uninteresting. The woman's "personality" (likes, hobbies, age, etc.) is hidden behind a romance wall where you take them out to dinner 3 times then you unlock 3 pictures of them in casual outfits and 1 piece of information. And then nothing else. And the game is horribly optimized. You can't even grind efficiently cus you constantly have to dance the cursor around the screen or mash the arrow keys 50 times to get the correct trigger, then you have to have to wait a few seconds to confirm your choice. Insane. On a shitty two choice static loading screen with a simple, unicolored background.

    No thank you.

There is not much to the gameplay in this game just ultra repetitive A or B choices where the decision is pretty obvious every time so its not like you need to stratagize.

The art looks nice, but the game play needs to have the pace increased alot

I'm not usually a fan of AI games, but this one is fine.

The good: UI & gameplay, it's repetitive, but it's still fun. It's not the gameplay of the year, but it's enjoyable.
The girls are hot. There is a variety of girls, to satisfy all the tastes. I don't like all the model (like the old nanny), but it's only my personal taste.
The game is easy to play, and you don't have to play with all the girls, if you don't like one, you can ignore her.

    The bad:
A few pictures are still too "AI" to my taste. Weird hands, eyes looking in 2 different directions... It's not a lot, between 5% & 10% of the game, but it could kill the mood.
I was expecting more "erotic" pics in the last levels of each girl. The maximum level is only nudity, it was a bit disapointing.

I liked it. Has room for improvement but that's what I expect from games under development.

Hot images and a flow gameplay in wich you have to grind to go further in each tenant gallery.
It you're expecting a high detailed story, this game is not for you. But it delivers good entertainment if you just want to touch yourself looking at hot people.

Well...sadly this game fails at every aspect

(besides the description reading like some mediocre busswordfinder)

Sinful Spaces is an adult erotic game.
Calling it a game is honestly a strech, because there is barely anything one could concider gameplay...its closer to scrolling thru some pornside

In the game, you explore the intimacy of those who moved into the apartments you rent out.

No you dont, all you do is getting random pictures of the same-ish person in generic standing/sitting poses with slightly different stages of clothing, there is no visual storytelling of any kind of personality involved

With your power as the landlord, you find yourself in a position of power and get to know your tenantsintimate lives more and more every day.
With the power of..peeking and getting as said just random pictures of a person standing ....ofc not standing in their flat...just standing

You'll have different resources available in the game to help you get closer to these people and understand, what you like most about each of them.
No...ish, all you get is a chance to raise their cost of living every few weeks..if one calls this getting closer...and the recources you get is money and peaky-points.

There are several people with different bodies and personalities that will conquer you little by little,
Different bodies is correct..but ...come on this is a given unless it is the same person with different wigs
    personilies ..no

so get ready to grind for your reward!
This...is true, it is more or less pushing some kind of button over and over again for some kind of arbitrary reward ...like some kind of skinner box

    Discover your taste.
Kinda...at least visual wise on a very basic level

Overall it feels soulless as hell, you are playing some dude who only lets others rent to peek at them and the game fails at voyeurisms because you dont look at ppl in their daily (or secret) lifes but at generic pictures of generic ppl

Oh and the Ui is kind of bad and has some rather annyoing problems currently
