Personally, enough that it is better to wait for a patreon version and not bother with the free one. I'm not 100% sure, but think the saves may be incompatible, because of the different features, like some of the dating options.

Just keep playing version 0.8.4 as that is a Patreon version (Dating).
True, but think that file was replaced with the free bug fix version 0.8.4.2 recently.

Can we stop using the "real porn" tag for games that are entirely AI generated images? There's already a tag for AI.
you get 3 save slots you can have your first slot free version and another slot Patreon version. no reason not to play them both so you can experience new content when it's out.
If I'm thinking about the right spot, you need to take dates who have the cherry icon on the selection screen (should be most of them, if not all) to the restaurant and then choose the topic with a cherry icon on it. This will deduct 1 Authority but give you a star after the date.

Perhaps its a silly question and because of my bad understanding of english texts ... I play now for hours but have no really going forward from now on.
1) I'm Level 4 and have allready 2 of 25 tenants that are allready devoted and passionated. How can I improve them?
2) I installed cameras, trackers and wires but in the Profile tree i'm only at the lowest level
3) How can I promote tenaants into the next levels

It sounds like you're missing on the hacking part of the game. If you have everything installed, click the cream "hack" button beneath "Manage" and "Date". Then choose the relevant tenant in the box using the arrows. After the percentage gets to 100%, you can upgrade them by clicking "collect" above their portrait.
To upgrade them to servant/novice, you need to collect 3 of the nodes with the key symbol, 5 Obsession from Peeking and 3 Intimacy from Dating. You can then spend a hacking charge to click the node above the first tier. I hope that helps, I can imagine it would be tricky if English isn't your first language.
Here's an update to TrashTash's earlier post of topic reactions, adding Oliana in. Total credit for numbers other than Oliana goes to TT, I'm sure that was a super laborious task. I've made two tables with that info, and I'd suggest pasting whatever you need into your own spreadsheet for easier reference.
First, Table A just lists the topics each person loves and likes.
Next, just a table of raw numbers, mostly from TrashTash's work.
Finally, my own version of the best duos for volleyball. I've used a different formula so the results are a little different but like TT said, they're good enough to get you started. The method I used is below in a spoiler if you care.
Let me know if there are mistakes, I did minimal double checking.
