In the latest update, it looks like you can send a girl away when getting their first stamp. I haven't tried it but the option that used to be making a girl a maid says it sends them away now.

It is gone. I do not know if it is by design or omission but good catch. I always push mine out weeks because it seems like all you do is re-negotiating money. And Just is right, I have seen it when you progress from Stage 1 to 2 and also from 2 to 3.

I've been playing 0.8.7 after not playing for almost a year. I think my last version was 0.7.7. I'd say a lot of really good improvements have been made, but I wish it would just show the girls that are currently available at the airport in a small insert on the main page. That would save so many clicks. As it is, I have to click over to the map, click the airport, click the upcoming flights, and that's just to remind myself who's coming next. If I forgot who was in the most recent flight, I have to click over to the map, click the airport, click the new arrivals, and then force-quit the game (and do all the clicking to get back into it) if I don't like any of them. Just having the option to display the current selections on the main page would solve all of that.
Other than that, this version shows a lot of improvement. I love how you can slowly undress the girls at the various shops and stuff. It feels like there's a lot more to collect and unlock, which makes the grind feel more rewarding.

This is correct, I just used that option myself. However, they will go back to coming in on later flights, so if you're targeting specific new arrivals, you might be better off keeping the girls you don't like until you've collected all the ones you want.
Probably, the errors with saves are most likely caused when trying to view patreon-exclusive content with public version, so public version saves may be ok with patreon, but you may want to start a new game just to be safe and experience the patreon features.

- One of the tracks - "Asleep in the Sun" is missing the artist name "Unicorn Heads" in the Options menu. Please add more music tracks. They are relaxing to listen to. You could also add music player controls and volume controls. Or just an option to pick a track. Currently, the only option to change a track is to go back to the main menu.
- The windowed mode doesn't offer options to change the window resolution as of 0.8.8
