If you go back a few pages in the thread - someone explains a roundabout way to buy points from another site that are usable on DLSite.

It just takes extra steps.

I think you can buy BitCash from the store that accept Visa or Mastercard and you can use BitCash code to top-up DLSite point for purchase things

Will probably just not bother with DLsite and download it here for now. Will later buy it on Steam once the censored/light version drops to support the dev and just keep playing the pirated full version. Easiest way for me to do it honestly.
