Have you tried shooting regular arrows that pierce enemies?
What are you even doing there? Explosive arrows doesn't do damage to those stones.

Yep, kinda a bummer. Could have been fun to be able to keep that status outside of the event. It could have give you even more extra MP as buff at the cost of your movement speed reduced for example.
It's a status effect you get when you lose to the 1st boss and then struggle out.

how did you beat the holy body without having lost? (the miniboss before you unlock the church gate)
I don't remember what is this Holy Body (or it isn't the name?) but in the video already included all bosses in game.
Except this one, and it's the only boss that not need win to progress story (but still defeatable):

It's the fat and huge one before you enter the church to beat the priest. Yea I just don't know its name. At the same place of the video but it happens after you get the left and right eyes.

Yeah so you have to use the powder item you use to be able to see the final boss on a different location. If you go from the demihuman camp and take a left you will eventually reach an area with 2 pillars. While between the two pillars use that item
Forgot to mentioned, you might run out MP in this village before facing that fatty, if you don't want to waste MP potion then you can farm MP from the tentacles woman in this village (she shot tentacle at you and if you destroy it randomly recover MP, you also get recovered MP when defeat that mob).

I have replaced the nude 2d animation,but cg should be written,it's much more difficult.If you download it ,replace the 'Sample' folder.

You don't have to (and shouldn't) replace the "Sample" folder, just create a new folder (for example "Nude" in the case of your mod), put the content inside this folder and it will appear as a new option in-game.
Also, any file you haven't changed/edited don't have be included in the folder, the game will load the original ones by default.
