Great game. Im totally not into all that gore stuff and some scenes are really like WTF but overall you can see that this game was made with passion and i really enjoyed playing it.
The story is meh but the animations and hstuff is really top notch and there are a lot of different enemy types and scenes. One of the best games around

    SiNiSistar 2 [v1.0.5]

A sequel to the first game, although it sometimes looks like a remake because some locations / bosses are very similar to those in the first game, but clearly remade and improved

Compared to the 1st game it has better visual, more lore, and more in-depth mechanic. It's much better game compared to the 1st game overall. The only thing that seems lack is it's less guro. Sinisistar 1, imo, emphasize on guro on many, many occasion, but now, it seems like a choice (?) in the first game feels like, the enemies really, really want to kill you, but now, the enemies more interested in your body rather than killing you right away, thus it become less guro than before.

An excellent game. Some stuff holding it back being a few underdeveloped areas, a mediocre ending and an overall poor implementation of the Metroidvania formula.

To elaborate on the last part, there are very few optional ugrades to be found, sidequests do not reward you with interesting things, the soulslike currency and levelling system is weakened by the Level ups and items to buy being underwhelming.

The difficulty is great imo. Without any grinding whatsovever I ended on 1 of 3 stats upgraded to the maximum, the other just behind, and had little trouble with most bosses or fights, taking a death or two here and there, but nothing difficult or easy enought o make me frustrated or bored. The realtive cheapness of combat potions which would have likely made most fights trivial provide a good way for less skilled players to get throught difficult fights. That's how beat the secret boss as well, which in my opinion is A: Too difficult compared to erverything else in the Game. B: Not funat all and C: Remarkably disappointing in it's reward. What do you mean the secret challenge boss has a single H-animation without any unique Game-Over?

It's all a bit surface-level, unfortunately. The dev has a good undestanding of both soulslkike/Lovecraftian worldbuilding and visualdesign, as well as a good sense of balance and gameplay design. But aside from a few theoretically convenient but more than likely never used items and a flotation ability with feels like it was implemented with a lot more in mind that what was put into the game, thereis just not that much to discover, a fatal flaw for any Metroidvania.

There has been a lot said about the Ending being disappointing, and unfortnately I have to agree. A second phase to the final fight would have done wonders for me, but admittedly I wasn't that interested in the story. I have to admit, i did not get what the credit scene implied, possibly because I just instinctively attacked the enemy, and what probably could have been a decent moment fizzled out into genuine disappointment.

Despite some Flaws, Sinistar2 surpasses it's predecessor, which was also great but dipped heavily into frustration with various designs. I hope it will continue to get developed, and if you have the ability to buy it, I recommend you do.

Excellent grimdark action game. Be warned tough: the porn here is a third guro, another third tentacle, and the last third rape, all mixed and matched with each other. You have been fairly warned if those tags turn you off, because they are gruesome.

But even if you're not into that shit, truth is that you can play this for the gameplay alone, which is pretty fun. It's a 2D action metroidvania that is just about the right amount not being too long or short. It's well made and polished too.

The difficulty is also well balanced, although given how this game is designed with a slower, more methodical movement, this might make the more casual of you to have a hard time. But there is a casual mode in the options so that's available too.

The graphics are high quality pixel art, very dark in tone and heavily inspired by dark fantasy works such as Dark Souls. The pixel animations are nice too and there is a gallery which is always welcomed. I have only minor gripes here and there regarding the gameplay and some animations, but all in all, this game is at the top tier and is worthy of your time.

    This game is a an example on how to maintain and grow an already successfull IP;

-Almost improved every single aspect of the previous work
    -No bullshit
-No bugs on my end (finished the game 2x)

    IMO;
The Interaction and actual H-scenes with the town NPCs is a great addition to Sinisistar, and (again, IMO) should be expanded on as well either on DLC or Sequel, would be great if both.

And probably more exploration routes, side quests, secrets, even if its backtracking areas so it would be easier on the devs.

    HOW GOOD?
This game is almost an masterpiece, id give this one a solid 9,5/10.
Theres a casual mode so you can retry areas at ease, no grind required, great animations, great exploration, and above average MQL.

Hopefully they pump out one or two exapansions by the end of the year.

    SUPPORT THEM IF POSSIBLE.
Enjoy the game, have a nice day. :)

The best 'sequel' of all time, with less horror than the great original, but more sexual stimulation.
Elements that stimulate curiosity, a variety of boss battles, maps and illustrations with an eerie and dark atmosphere

I'm looking forward to the DLC that comes out later.

Absolutely amazing, a massive upgrade from the first game in term of both porn and gameplay, if you're a fan of 2D side scrolling then you will love this and it's ez to play

    Gameplay 9/10
It's the same gameplay like the first game but with a better control, has a little bit souls-like, can interact with NPC and have some good times with the male NPC, there's some side quest from NPC, and a secret boss.

    Porn 10/10
So many fetish such as: nun, enlarged breast, lactation, corruption, pregnant, hypnotize, beastiality, monster rape, and many more. So far this is the best game in term of porn in this forum in 2025.

    Story 8/10
The story is straight forward nothing complicated. I'm here to enjoy the porn so i dont have much to say about the story.

    Overal 9/10
I really wish the game will get a new content, this is so good

Sinisister 1 were good, but sinisister 2 its better. I spend 6h to finish it. And damn its so addicted. The only complain i got is some of enemy were too strong especially that worm in the well God damn its a headache. If we well got the 3rd i hope they put some CG ending with feature that we can replay it. Don't get me wrong animation Gallery is good but we really deserve a CG with that good character design

    It's amazing.

It has maybe the about the same as the complete version of the first Sinisistar game. In terms of detail and quality it's far more.

Wonderfully crafted, great visual design, creative use of gameplay mechanics, and excellent sound design. I wish more options for character clothing/hair styles were included. At times the direction for the next quest solution were somewhat vague.

Pretty decent H platformer, not as gruesome and gory as the first too, a decent play overall. Personally wasn't a fan of the presented sex acts however, so can't recommend it to anyone aside fans of snuff and vore type things i guess, the resolution is also just shy of being properly attractive pixel art wise, and the portrait proper 2d art one is a bit too plain regardless of acts.

    Lolololhavefun

A sequel to one of the most known and loved gore/h-game Sinisistar. A Metroidvania style where you play as a nun trying to save the town from Abomination Broods.

Simply put, it is Sinisistar but new and improved with extremely polished gameplay and plenty of h/gore content for all to see. Replacing the traditional levels-type gameplay for a metroidvania style map where you can freely move between locations.

    GAMEPLAY 4.5/5

The gameplay is much the same as Sinisistar with remarkable polish. You fight mainly with a wand and a bow, magic attacks cost you mp, normal ones dont.
In terms of exploration actions its pretty simple, you can talk to people, interact with stuff, the basics.

Tho simplistic the combat feels extremely satisfying and is punishing enough that you cant breeze through but not so hard as to make it frustrating( except some bosses).

    PLOT 3/5

Pretty straight forward, nothing really of note to speak of. What you see is what you get. The goal io simple, beat monsters, save town.

    H/GORE Content 5/5

Its truly rare that games so polished cater to such niche fetishes, and this game really kinda has it all( if you like monster h that is). It caters to most tastes and has enough gore content that people who are into that will absolutely be satisfied with what they have found. and i dare say there is no game that does dark/ gore content quite as well as this one.
The pixel h is super-well made and so are the standing images. Pixel h enjoyers winning once more.

    OVERALL 4.5/5

    Review on version 1.0.3
    TLDR
I recommend on Full price especially for supporting an ambitious solo Dev.
Not sure for the gore fans thought.
I can't wait for free dlc or something that add some contents later like the first game.
    Gameplay
Souls like side scroller beat em up metriodvania
    Parody here and there

    Story
Someone summon an Eldridge abomination thinking it an goofy aah things to do.
And two nuns are here to clean after their mess or they to will be part of the mess
As apocalyptic as it sounds many people survived the whole thing.

    Sex scene
More of the same from the first game
    Monsters Rape
    Breast expansion
    Milking
Turn in to plant, fungus, or part of latex human ball
    Tentacles rape
    All the way through
    Human rape
    Petrification
    Quick sand
    Vore
    Parasite
Status effect barely does anything much other than a requirement for certain monsters' game over ending
Giving birth as game over ending most of the time
The most gruesome gore can be censored by a tick in option.

Sinisistar2 has been a highly anticipated sequel to the original Sinisistar—a game I only half-finished, as I wasn't particularly fond of what it had to offer. I've now 100%'d the sequel, and while I think it improves greatly over what I remember from the first, there are still shortcomings that keep it from truly standing out to me.

Firstly, to praise the game, the art is amazing. I'm not really a fan of the 50 shades of brown Dark Souls inspired boring landscapes, but the character design and enemy design are incredibly hot, and there are some locations that are genuinely a treat to look at. The musical score too is fantastic, boss music feels bossy, and all of it has that "enter the fog wall" style feel to it. I'll do my best to limit the DS comparisons from here on out lol.

My main gripe with the game is the gameplay. It's boring most of the time. It's only really at the end boss where I felt tested, and most enemies only really get you with cheap mechanics that aren't so much "Git gud" as it is you don't see it coming once or twice, then you can easily defeat it after that. There are technically four attacks, but they really boil down to two: pew-pew with the bow or stab-stab with the sword.

I cannot praise this game enough however, for its fantastic H scenes. These are why you download these games and they are incredible. I'm a real sucker for defeat sequences that allow you to fully submit and obey as FMCS and this game has some really hot ones that allow for multiple progressing scenes.

That said, the gallery unlocking system can get tedious, especially with the need to re-kill bosses after pregnancy or grind repeated losses. The inclusion of status effects is great in concept, but underutilized in execution. Arousal, lactation, womb tattoos, and more show up, but rarely impact the H-scenes or FMC behavior, which feels like a missed opportunity.

The game also suffers from the same ludonarrative dissonance issue that I've complained about in so many H games, and that is your character can spend days getting raped over and over until she's pregnant, but there's rarely an effect to that. Some NPC's might have a passing line about pregnancy, but there is no change in the FMC, or real noticeable effect to being raped a thousand times. I get it, time or budget constraints, but there is a status effect system, why not use it? Give me dialogue where my nun MC voices her fear of her growing enjoyment of sex.

Bringing it back around, the game does its H-scenes well, as I mentioned. Kink-wise, it offers a lot. Non-con, Dub-con, Guro, Zoophilia, Breast enlargement, tentacles, brainwashing, and oh man if you're a breeding/pregnancy/child birth fan like me, you're eating good with this title.

Despite its flaws, Sinisistar 2 is a strong H-title with a passionate dev behind it, amazing art, and a broad range of kinks. I don’t regret playing it, but after hitting 100% completion, I don’t feel much reason to return. A solid 7/10—or a soft 8, if you’re deep into the kinks it caters to. With more refinement, it could’ve been a favorite. I can feel the passion and artistic ability of this dev through their work, and I hope with updates or DLC, we get to see even more from them!

This sequel is similar to Evil Dead 2 in the sense that it follows the first game like a blueprint, but does its scenes more ambitiously.
If you expected all new content this can be a bummer but personally I was glad to see the best parts of Sinisistar redone with better visuals and gameplay.
There's plenty of new stuff, too.
The game dev really listened to the feedback and mixed guro and sex much more evenly this time.
The status ailments are a great new addition, and if you like pregnancy content, this will definitely be the better game for you. I am very much looking forward to future updates, but this is well worth the price already.
5 stars, this will be your jam if you liked the first game, and has better odds of pleasing you if you got filtered by the first 3 level being mostly guro back then.

So... I'll leave a review of the game, like many others.
Definitely, the second part is much larger and more elaborate than the first part.
I liked almost everything! The levels became longer thanks to independent travel. The enemies are interesting, there are many of them.
The game now has a plot, although not as detailed as I would like.
Less gurus, more reproduction - that's great!
The graphics have also become much better. More pleasant effects.

    BlackenedAngel

It's one of those titles that leave me craving for more.
Im not a fan of guro stuff so it's not 100% in my taste, but just like the first one it's too good to ignore.
If anything, the fact that most deaths are so gruesome, pushes me to play it as intended and avoid losing, unlike in most other games of this type.

The atmosphere of it's world feels bleak, depressive, and i found myself very immersed. It's something that stands out in this series.

Combat is alright. It's not deep by any means but it serves it's purpose. Didn't make me feel like im too weak or too strong, and most enemies were fair too. I'd say it's well balanced.

I can't say too much about story, because i haven't read every single piece of lore there is, but i get the general idea and i think it's solid.

Overall it's a high quality game and i enjoyed my time with it, however i do wish there was more things to do in town. The ending also felt somehow lackluster, hopefully it will be expanded upon with DLC.
