This game is good, the art is stunning and kinda remind me of octopath traveler. Me being a pregnancy enthusiast, it helped that this game had a few of them here and there, tho i wished there were more (but thats a personal preference). The design for the mc is good.
Now i have some complaints, nothing to important but i think it should be addressed. First, its short. due to how beautiful the game is, its understandable that its length aint that much to speak off, but it doesnt help that this game isnt very replayable.
Also the cathedral section felt a bit lackluster. there are barely any h-scenes compared to a section like the pig house.
the final boss, while looking cool is a bit annoying to fight but at least it had some good alt defeat scenes.
Now i hope a future update add stuff to this lackluster ending cuz it felt really disappointing.

all in all, i recommend this game

I've played their past games before, and they were pretty solid. This new game however, chief kiss. Of all that games they've made this one is probably the best they've done. I hope they continue to make games like this.

    Great game,
combat works exactly how it's supposed to and the Defilement mechanic is something every side-scroller H-game should copy(or improve on) from now on. In too many of these games you either lose intentionally to get the scenes because it's too easy, not in here, if you fuck too many times, you'll get fucked but literally this time. A H-game that understands it's a game.

to be honest i expected more. whilst yes, the environmental art was good, the actual sexual content wasn't really something to fap to. like, its just a still image on the side of the screen that doesnt change often.

the gameplay itself was pretty fun, but i found the writing, worldbuilding etc. a little boring and lacklustre, i wasn't particularly engaged. the most fun part by far was the gameplay, but the scenes, writing, and even enemy design left much to be desired, for me.

This is a decently well-made game, but it's not very good as a porn game. I get that some people enjoy gore, but that's quite a small minority. And sure, the player character has big boobs and is beautiful, but there's barely any sex. Most of it is in defeat scenes/game over screens. And the overall pace of the game is slow as you walk from one place to another, back and forth to town, over and over. It's boring.

Violence/infestation porn wrapped in a decent side scroller.

If you're looking for a game with ANY nonviolent monster porn, turn around now. I didn't encounter a single defeat scene that didn't involve the protagonist's flesh being torn off, being infested with bugs that caused her to explode on birth, or being consumed whole. This game's porn content is very niche and probably unappealing to most users here.

If you're looking for a side scroller, Sinistar 2 is ok. It has an experience system with level ups, power ups that you'll find at certain milestones, inventory management for potions and such, and pretty decent interactions with characters in the world.

The one thing that keeps it only "decent" as a side scroller for me was how clunky the movement and attacks felt. I spent a lot of time following patterns of: whack, whack, back up 3 steps because the enemy is close enough to lunge, turn around 1 step, whack, whack, back up, repeat until the enemy is dead, and then repeat all of that on the 5 other identical enemies after them.

If you can stomach that style of combat and the excessively violent porn, I think the storytelling is surprisingly good--especially for a translated game. The backgrounds/settings are all detailed and moody, the dialogue given to the townspeople and the quests help to make the world really feel alive, and I was really enjoying learning the lore. There's clearly a lot skill and passion put into this game.

Overall, if you like very strong gore, you'll probably love this game. Otherwise, you should probably skip it.

According to its ad, this side-scroller is a straightforward RPG-themed action game that delves into the overwhelming hopelessness in defeat, a morbid fascination with injury and death, and a twisted sense of pleasure in pain and submission. I didn't like SiNiSistar 1 for some reason but this sequel felt like a complete adult side-scroller with some RPG characteristics. I liked this game better than previously famous side-scrollers because it gives more stories and interactions with NPCs. Game mechanism was smooth enough for me to walk through each path with 2-3 trials. Music, 2D Arts and animations were beautiful. The game story, especially the monster world, was well-constructed while the story of MC was purposefully revealed with "Show, don't tell" mechanism. But one of the things I appreciate the most was that this game never requires player to forcefully perform tasks in each quest or waste time with purposeful grinding. but instead dev let his players engage in the story and follow the flow. You found later that immersion finished the required tasks anyway without even noticing. Highly recommend this game if you enjoy adult side-scrollers. But it is not recommended for those who are sensitive to violent scenes and grotesque imagery.

probably best h game in terms of gameplay. first game had better h stuff tho, i don't know what it is about art of the first game but second game failed at capturing the atmosphere. it just doesn't feel as violent as first game. i'd balme adding NPCs and making world environment less hostile. quite disappointed in pig farmer scene and goblin stuff feels forced. swamp is best area of game in terms of h.

I was not a big fan of the first game, but Sinisistar 2 was very different. This game is well made, has beautiful and detailed animations, and is much more enjoyable to play than the first game. While the non-human stuff is still the bulk of the experience, I still found myself enjoying the simple yet sometimes challenging gameplay throughout the game all the way until the end. This was a fantastic sequel, and if you're one of those people who are into tentacles, this might be your favorite H game of all time. Give it a go. It's absolutely worth a try.

The dark and gothic setting goes well with the entire theme of the game, which is about exorcising (beating-up) horrific creatures. Anyone whos into ryona games should definitely give this a try, although there is gore, so you have been warned.

Gameplay mechanics such as the combat are simple to grasp, but are interesting to play with, especially with the unlockable magic abilities when you progress with the game.

Combat is mostly about maximizing the use of MP, since you can go around spamming attacks that use MP that deal more damage, but since MP is limited, you have to save it for critical moments, like when a critical part of a boss is exposed, or when a bunch of enemies spawn at once.

Renders are great, you get double what you came for with the CG's on the side that reflect what happens in the 2.5 dimension view of the area of play.

I haven't played the previous game, but I have heard that this one is definitely an improvement. I'd probably regret not playing the previous installment after making this review.

Overall I'd rate it this high mostly because it was a smooth experience, didn't catch any gamebreaking bugs, was immersed when exploring new areas of the map, and even though I'm not a fan of gore, but I was able to tolerate since it wasn't in every scene in the game.

    For 1.07
Really a phenomenal remake, not so much a sequel. All the things I praised about the previous title are here as well as the improvements I was hoping for. It's really impressive the unique artstyle was retained with the higher resolution, and the castlevania/bloodbourne aesthetic is on point. What's new is the 3d background elements with sprite-like textures, heavy use of parallaxing, and some nice lighting. The previous mario-like zone map is now a real map connecting all the areas in the game which always helps with immersion. The art is graphic to put it mildly. I'm not really into gore in that way, but there's plenty of non-violent scenes and a good variety of enemies and fetishes while still not straying from the setting. The basic rpg mechanics and supporting characters don't dramatically impact gameplay but they're welcome. There's only 3 stats you can improve and 3 weapons you can obtain with very minor stat changes. Spell upgrades both add combat mechanics as well unlock doors/barriers to progression. The quest system and npc dialogue does give depth to the setting and a sense of purpose to the player's actions. I'm glad the torn clothes mechanic is mostly just aesthetic and can be fixed at any time. I wish the bukakke stains could also be wiped off without removing all other effects as well. The Defilement mechanic is thematically good and a reasonable idea for making being grabbed constantly punishing but it's redundant. All enemy grabs also lower HP/MP and cause negative status effects which discourages being caught. Maybe too much since trying to enjoy the scenes without dying is basically impossible with how fast they progress regardless of how much HP you start with. At least all scenes get unlocked after defeating an enemy so it's not too bad. I'm happy Defilement is not cumulative over the entire playthrough like those annoying corruption systems which punish players for either never getting caught and no scenes or always getting caught and being unable to progress to due unwinnable QTE/struggle mechanics. Still, I wish there was more impact to picking up and choosing to keep debuffs. Some visual effects or branching events aside from the game overs for losing to a boss too many times would be cool. Admittedly there were some interesting easter eggs when trying to get purified afterward. It isn't particularly difficult. Combat only becomes challenging in the final zone as you start to get saturated with too many attacks to easily dodge and soft kill timers for a couple bosses. Overall the game is a bit too short to get invested in the story though it has its charm. Some games go too far and drown you in flavor text on the otherhand. Some of the best sprite work out there, and not many developers will touch graphic horror like this. Like a lot of good indie games, I just wish there was more.

I'm not a Guro guy, in fact, let me say it out loud that I HATE that shit, so when you see me give this game that predominantly features a genre that **I despise** a 5/5, that's genuinely a high praise. We're all here to play Hentai games, but if there was something that this game's Guro content was encouraging me to do, it was LOCKING THE FUCK IN, because there's no way in hell I'd like to see Leila and Hanja die again in the most gruesome of ways.

If it was just the hot pixel art, it'd be good, but IT DOESN'T END THERE. I don't quite know what kind of Eldritch knowledge Bloodborne inspires artists to make hentai games inspired by it, but this game is more than happy to carry that card, Arcezon might as well be a neighboring region to Yharnam with all the horrifying shit going on. A huge part of the game's story is also heavily inspired from Bloodborne as well, from the corruption of birth and how the entire game might be due to an eldritch abomination trying to make its way into the game's reality by being born, it's EVERYWHERE. That said, it's not all Bloodborne, other references point to Half-Life and DnD too.

I tend to be lazy to drop reviews, but no, this game deserves the praise.
This game has no business being this great, what the hell is this dev making a gooner Bloodborne-inspired platformer when they have the skills to make something like Salt & Sanctuary or Ender Lillies?

Fantastic Platformer and very fun game. Final Boss is the only pain I had playing on Casual.

A little bit of everything in the kink department as well, but some of it is not for light hearted people and can be very disturbing in it's game overs

    Crestrial

This game is baller. It would work as a stand-alone game even without the h-aspect. I value gameplay over poon so this is an automatic 5 stars for me. It's an rpg-lite metroidvania with beautiful pixel art. There's gore, leeches, worms, undead, goblins, and tentacle horrors.

The game is a bit challenging too and is not afraid to frequently put you in difficult situations. It doesn't hold your hand and you will fail. It's all trial and error. I enjoy this aspect of the game that doesn't treat you like you're a skilless braindead gooner.

    Two gripes:

All that said, it isn't a very sexy game unless you're into the gore, vore, and aforementioned monsters. There are some human interactions (mostly rape) but the majority is monsters doing horrific things to the MC.

The RPG mechanics are shallow. There's 5 weapons, only 3 of which are actually used for most of the game and they're all just direct upgrades to damage. The starter wand, a stat-reducing wand, magic bonus wand, a sword wand, and a secret wand you can get near the end. The level up system is between attack, hp, and mp, all of which are capped at level 5 (which is 4 level ups since you start at 1). I wish there was more depth to these aspects, but ah well.

    Pretty fun game.

Amazing game, definitely up there as 1 of my all time favourites, the art and animations are top notch too.

Hopefully this isn't the last piece of work from the Developer!

Masterpiece, good game play, good animation.
    i don't like guro,parasitic,alien,tentacle things...
but this game is good enough to give exception for all of that, even it the main theme of this games.

anyway i hope for alternate ending......
and really wish for more DLC or SiNiSistar3 or other game from this developer.

this shit is the best h game.
If u played sinisistar 1 before, this is basically a it with story update and soul like game system.
The background is more fantastic with a lot more scene to unlock.
Larger map with different dungeon to explore.
Wait for the dlc for the or maybe just regular update will be insane

Best game on this site period.
    Incredibly beautiful girl,
Game that is well polished and respect your time.
    Couldn't ask for more
Great level design, great girlss, great gameplay, definitely worth your time.
And also an improvement from the first game in many ways.

The only con is maybe the game is too short..

    Here's a rating from a random person!

I had alot of fun with this though I did have to do some cheating to get through some bosses on normal...course I will be replaying it without cheating to see how far I get! anyways, to the rating!

    Artstyle 5/5
The pixel art definitely gives it charm, plus it's really cool to see the status effects this time around. while as I'm writing this there's I think a little more than SiNiStar 1 (don't quote me on that I didn't count lol), there's enough variety between the gore and death.

    Gameplay 5/5
I had a lot of fun, as I said, especially with the combat and the systems, too. Course, the difficulty is there, which gives me a challenge, which made things more fun. The open-ish world setting also made it a lot more dynamic than the first, so that's a nice addition to the game, as well as the new health and mana system.

    Sound Effects 5/5
Interesting sounds are the best I can say about this, it's indeed arousing lmao.

I feel like there'll be more to come, much like the first game, but as it is right now, it's perfectly fine. I do hope, however, that they add in more locations and a ton more bosses that you can find throughout the world they're making, and if anything, here's to SiNiStar 3 whenever that's planned!

    Final score 15/15, Date 5/15/25

While I don't particularly like guro and insectoid\parasitic staff, I still enjoyed some fetishes (especially lactation/pregnancy) and great gameplay. Some bosses may require your time to familiar yourself with their mechanics but overall it's not that hard (even the secret boss is killable in several tries).

Really looking forward to SiNiSistar 3 <3
