It's a Good side scroller game, She also has very nice breasts, And her esthetic and figure are very nice... I really can't see this as much of a porn game since everything that results in sex is gruesome or nasty.
So, Either play if because you:
    1. like guro, worms, monster births, or rape.
    2. Just want to play a decent game with a nice pair on the side.

This is a very good game. Very high attention to detail, a lot of content. The environments are astounding and have great atmosphere. There's a lot of content and most of it is good. I wish a few more of the game overs to random mobs involved sex, because while guro is great for setting the tone, it doesn't get me off. That said, the game more than makes up for it with the other scenes. Except when it comes to the utter lack of lesbian content, but I guess I should come to terms with that there'll never more than token lesbian content in a 2D female-protagonist action game.

I have to take away a star, because I played with the default control scheme (that is on me), and the default button layout is abysmal. At the start of the game, this makes the combat much harder than it has to be in the first real "zone" you travel to; in the midgame, you adjust, and the combat isn't much faster, so it feels like you're hitting your stride; however, in the endgame, you have to execute much faster and more precise manoeuvres, and the default control scheme is not up to that task. I'd go as far as to say it fights you almost as hard as the bosses.

The difficulty on a couple bosses is broken: if you die, you trigger a sex or vore scene in which you can struggle to break free, in which case you recover some health, but the boss doesn't making you functionally invincible.

I'll be concise: Go look for a gallery unlocker or video.

The gameplay is boring, with little interactivity. The controls are jarring and movement is a slog that'll enrage you if you have as short a fuse as I.

The art direction in this game is second to none. This is a incredibly dark game where incredibly nasty things can happen to your player character, but the art and execution of it is just so impressive it's hard to just dismiss it.
Leech monsters can impregnate you and make you explode with leech babies. Goblins can tie you up to the prayer statues you use for restoration to use against you as they rape and torture you nonstop. You can get infested with so many parasites that your face breaks open to reveal them peering out.

Any game where you can go back to your homebase to get treated only to fuck up a sequence and get infected and then go on to infect the person treating you must have had creative people who really do care about how their game is made. And all of this content freely rewatchable with a very convenient gallery that updates immediately after you clear an area along with hints for undiscovered scenes for some lovely QOL.

The one thing I do want to say against it is that I do feel it leans a bit too hard on the gore for some of the CGs. This is almost certainly a matter of taste, but I think games like these work better when they can blend the horror and sex appeal together smoothly. By the end of the game, you sort of become numb to all the CGs with mutated blobs of flesh, mutant rape babies, and mutant fleshmound gangbangs.

The aforementioned parasites are a perfect example of this, and my favourite part of the game. You go to a village where everyone has gone murderously insane, then things progress and they all transform into parasitic humanoids, and if you screw up one too many times, parasites will slip into your body and you become one yourself.

I utterly adore what this game does in any case, and I recommend this if you can tolerate some violence. This one of the best games on here, period.

Shockingly good. This game has a wide variety of animations, a great atmosphere, and a surprisingly entertaining main gameplay loop. Equally shocking is the ending, which actually managed to be pretty damn good.

Honestly another great game, nothing much else to say it is complex it has all the amount of gore and hentai youd probably want for a gooning session so yeah. 5/5 beautiful graphics and a simple storyline you can easily follow without being drowned into multiple side quests.

best porn game I have played, the gameplay, the graphics and the scenes are top tier. The game looks and plays so good, and the story is also pretty engrossing, it made me not make my character lose or get caught. I am struggling to find another game like this, please suggest me some....

Much like the original, Sinisistar 2 far exceeds the standards of most h-games, with beautiful graphics, lots of content, and a dev who clearly cares about executing his vision instead of phoning something in for patreon bucks.
I'm a big fan of all the grotesque stuff in this game, the monsters and status effects and bad ends are all amazing. The gameplay is simple and can feel a little stiff, but it suits its purpose well enough so there's nothing really to complain about there.
Compared to the previous game, the introduction of a hub zone, a more open world, and supporting characters were all welcome additions.
My only complaints are that it's tedious to have to fight a certain boss a bunch of times (though you can bypass this with strategic saving, and the fights get quicker as you strengthen your character), and the final fight was a little annoying, but I just lowered the difficulty to casual and it wasn't an issue.
Will be looking forward to future updates!

It's not perfect, but if it doesn't take 5 stars - no other game will.
I am amazed at how beatiful an eroge game could be and not in a way you'd think.
The atmosphere is incredible, visuals, immersion, scenes, animation, sheer creativity... In one of the Game Over scenes the Safe Zone which is the Monastery will be invaded by Demihumans (goblins analogue), with you nailed on the shield (i guess?) with severed limbs, and you and your helper-guider Haanja will be raped by them, while the one raping you revives you periodically, hitting you against the Goddes (or deity, I forgot) Statue, which is the game's checkpoint that heals you, like Bonfire in Dark Souls - this is simply a work of art and such a good trope. It's not the type of games that throws porn at you, saying "here, jerk it and consider buying tier 3 sub on my Patreon" - the implementation of porn and violence into this game serves a great role in total immersion into the game's world. Environment design is astounding. same for the npcs, enemies and bosses.
Now what is bad that gameplay is not that good. Easily Night of Revenge's victim, and bosses there are kinda meh in terms of mechanics. The best I think is the Swamp abomination - might be even Blasphemous level boss; other bosses most of the time have nothing to offer to you aside from their potential, stages of defeat and game over scenes. The game's final boss feels undeveloped and forced in making, the final itself is almost absent and totally unclear, I mean, even not a single word of what happened afterwards? I've thought (and most normal people would think the same) that preparation phase is... a preparation, and the true interesting final bossfight will be after, but the whole boss is just defending from the waves of annoying enemies and dodging rockets sometimes? That is lame.
But just the sheer quality of scenes, level, sound and character designs should be enough to beat it in one seat, at least for me. 8\10, and I doubt any other side-scroller will ever beat it.

I like Sinistar 2... but I think I prefer the first one more.

If you are into the whole monster rape/corruption thing, both games are right up your alley... though I do think the first one has more "content". I'm hoping that the game creator makes time to add several more content expansions to the game.

Some of the best pixel art you'll ever see, combined with some of the most disturbing, degenerate and horrifying content that will cross your path. Cum for the Resident Evil and Souls references, stay for the frankly horrible things that can happen to your protagonist.

One of the best and worst games I've ever played.

    Tip: magic is the best.

It's... a decent game, I think. The game is a bit slow, but it doesn't feel entirely detrimental. The running here is about the same speed as normal movement in other games, but doesn't have a stamina system for whatever reason, so you end up just running most of the time. Spacing is important here, and enemies tend to be designed to around this limited mobility, as they're normally slow but are pretty much unflinching.

I'm reminded of classic horror survival games, and it does feel like the game is a 2D version of a traditional resident evil game. Move, stop, aim, shoot, then move again, and that's pretty much the combat loop. It's very satisfying in spite of how limited it is. But, there are a few issues:

Enemy and area designs are a bit uninspired. Don't get me wrong, it all looks good — amazing even, but the gameplay side of things tend to lag behind the presentation. Rooms are typically just straight lines, and the enemy placement feels very static. One enemy type per room, and they're spaced out just far enough that you rarely have to deal with more than one obstacle at the time. That, combined with simplistic enemy behaviors can make things a bit too predictable.

The game is better with its bosses; They're a bit more tightly designed and encourage movement, often forcing you to move from one corner of the screen to another to dodge attacks, which rarely happens in normal gameplay. I think the final boss, while a bit annoying, could've been a step in the right direction; Being surrounded at all sides by a legion of tiny mobs while having to ration your mana was pretty fun. Too bad it happens a little too late into the game.

As for the H-content, I'd say they're good. Animations are decent, and there's more accessible stuff for people who aren't into guro. The village events were also well done. I'm a big fan of the game over scenarios too, but apart from the goblin section, I feel like the first game did most of them better. Personally, I would've preferred to have pixel art for the character portraits; The art here is too clean and lacks the "griminess" of Rabiane's portraits.

Overall, it's a decent sequel; Improves on a lot of things, but some of the quirks are still there.

    My first review.
Insane game quality! Looking forward to other games from this developer!

I love pixel games and sidescrollers. I love the dark atmosphere and battles are challenging but not frustating. A different kind of rpg leveling systems would be an improvement, but overall I really love this game.
H content is decent, not to my liking, but for everyone who likes defilement, you will love it.

It's a fine side scroller with a lot of gameplay. Not too exquisite, but functional enough. Visuals are great, tons of cultural references to iconic games like Resident Evil 4 are also appreciated. The main flow, I think , is questionable UI and lack of main character customization (her default breast size is also quite questionable).

this is top 3 if not the best side scroll game porn like ritual summon or night of r i wish devs keep updating it and it worth buyin if they make a donation path or something for fund the project it worth it

Challenging gameplay makes it so you don't have to hunt for the bad-end scenes, you just naturally stumble on them. Story is one of those "show don't tell", which makes a lot less walls of text. My only gripe is there isn't enough of this game - more customization or more content in general would be amazing.

Well, about four years of waiting and the development of this game is being completed. It was interesting for me to follow development updates; it literally accompanied me these four years. The game itself turned out very good, despite my high expectations.

This is probably the best game of the genre tags I have ever played.

Let me preface by saying, games in which you have to lose to see a scene feel uninspired. I get why they do it and it make sense but very rarely do they break out of the Monster Girl Quest style, Scene -> Game Over.

This game is insane in the sense that losing happens in stages and quite possibly unlocks exclusive areas and choices you get to make as a slave, drone, whatever. Something about it hits perfectly right and it's my all time favorite monster based game by far. I'm so glad I ran into it.

The thing I absolutely hated about it is that it felt short. I wish this game could give me another 10 hours of content. Screw you dev for making this masterpiece. 10/10

Honestly, a bit disappointed with this one. Not because the game is bad, but because it had to follow the first Sinisistar, which was a masterpiece. It feels like a case of trying to "improve" too much. Forgetting what it's main purpose is. The first game was straight to the point and no-nonsense. This one feels too stretched, with too much walking and too much dialogue. Some monsters that should have had a cutscene don’t have one. Writing out what happened to her after defeat kind of takes away the mystery - imo. Also way too much guro and some weird end scenes.

Great game tho, no regrets buying it.

This review focuses on how well the game’s content and systems are used. Size definitely matters, but I believe that the real meat is how well they are used; you know the phrase.
    * The story lacks a strong climax (the other definition of climax), and the characters didn't grow that much throughout the journey, but it's justified because the idea is that the world reacts more to the existent of the characters themselves anyway. Worldbuilding is well-realized and consistent, but it didn’t affect the world on a large scale. For example, the raid event does respond to the player’s decision, but immediately fixed after such consequence. How does it affect the whole world once the raid is destroyed by the player? Maybe spiders get less food to chew on and start expanding desperately (however, they are generally less powerful because of the lack of food)? Just one more continuity would hammer in a breathing world.
    * The combat loop is basic but fitting for the world. For most encounters, kiting is the only loop with harder enemies requiring better kiting. Movement is slower than many games, but intuitive enough that makes me felt like I am treading an unforgiving wasteland. Balance-wise, the bow absolutely destroys magic melee in terms of viability because later on, the bows will get an infinite penetration and explosive upgrade. Magic melee only felt viable at the final boss because small ADS come from every angle.
    * I don't find a problem with bow QTE, but I could see why someone has a problem with it. However, I think it would trivialize the game if the bow was free-aim. I would spam it like there was no tomorrow for these abominations because most enemies and bosses are designed around weakpoints and puzzle-based solutions.
    * Status effects exists... it barely matters because they can be easily removed.
    * Struggling mechanic is basic, but fair. It is a reasonable punish for when the player gets grabbed multiple times.
    * Exploration is node-based. Fast travel isn't everywhere, but it's abundant enough to not be uninteresting.
    * Saving is forgiving with autosave on entry although you can get soft-locked if you enter a node with low HP and no heals; extremely avoidable.
    * SFX and audio are great; unique enough to stand out from other games I have played.
    * Ran into no bugs and no FPS issues with a decent rig although the load time can drag.

If you came all the way down here (we gotta stop making way too many euphemisms), that’s a goal! Here’s a well-deserved Porn Rating!
    Human-on-human: 4.7 out of 5 - beautiful
Human-on-creature: 5 out of 5 - like the other reviewer said: absolutely cinema
Mind control: 4.6 out of 5 - only a few, but great representation
Vore: 3.5 out of 5 - it's alright; only some internal view, but beautiful art. Good vore is challenging in my opinion.
Gore: 4.1 out of 5 - brutal, but maybe there could be a little more to serve the game's world

Weighted Score (everything included): 4.46 out of 5
Conclusion – decent game, but a must-play for erotic aficionados
