It may be time to consider a new computer. I mean this in the nicest way possible. There should be some cheap pre-built workstations that could be upgraded with a used video card that would get you pretty far on a budget. Might only need to add an exhaust fan or something.

You don't need to increase Stam.
I got the same, and all you have to do is pull her panties away, use Auto on her pussy a bit, then manually click her pussy (I always kept the awareness bar non-empty, dunno if that impacts her arousal gain) and you will get her to come.
At that point all the options appear and you can fuck her while she's deep asleep.
