Do you insist on sex shop? A Family Venture has that, and not only with the sister, but it's cosplay themed (with, of course, progressively more revealing outfits and undressing and lewd scenes)

There's another, the title escapes me ATM, that takes place at a sexy clothing / lingerie shop with 2 (teen) gals (and the one doing the shoot is a milf LI): one you're cool with (I suppose you could describe her as erodere), the other tsundere (VN, Ren'Py, 3dcg/daz). You can pick the girl you want to do the shoot with, pretty nice & fun scene. None of the girls are your sister however.

Thanks guys but that's not it. Let me describe it in a little more detail. Maybe I'm wrong and it wasn't a sex shop but a photo studio. You help a girl there. And at some point you call your sister to help. The girl takes photos. The sister changes costumes, which become sexier and sexier. In this game there was also a moment when you teach your sister to drive. At some point the gas runs out and the sister decides to show her tits so that at least someone will stop to help. The game has very decent graphics. And the game doesn't look like a regular game made on renpy. Unusual menu. Where you see your progress with the girls in the form of a character development tree.
Yep it's 3dcg game. VN. Mabye Renpy or Unity. Animated but I'm not sure. Haven't heard about this game for about a year. As far as I remember, there were two sisters and a mother there. One of the sisters is blonde. That's who the main character went to the photo shoot with.
