VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Sisterly Lust [v1.2.1 Extra] [Perverteer]

Good story for incest lovers, and harem lovers, and pregnancy lovers alike.

While the overall story is pretty standard for the genres, it does have an interesting background plot that helps establish the main theme of free love that ultimately pushes the characters together. The MC is also interesting in that his desire for a harem is based in true polygamy and love, and not just wild sex with as many women as he wants.

Character wise is where the game shines, with at least a dozen girls your character gets involved with. Each having their own flavor, and being a harem game, you are allowed a taste of each. The sisters and mother of course have the most content, but the side girls get a fair amount as well.

As for gameplay, it is standard choice driven narrative, though it is more of a right or wrong answer system that is pretty easy to understand. You build trust and corruption points with each main girl and that will determine dialogue options later. Fairly simple, but I will say I did manage to miss one sister and the mother my first time through and was unsure how I even managed that until I went back to replay the game!

This game is really hard to review because the renderings and animations are outdated.

The story is good, the harem part is well-constructed and doesn't feel forced like in some AVNs.

However, the fact that there are no animations is disappointing, and in my opinion, all the girls look bad (except Bella).

I would recommend it to someone who has played a lot of AVNs and is more focused on the story than the renderings.

Yeah, the renders are outdated compared to many recent AVNs, but then, it's an older one so it's fitting, and ultimately, I didn't mind.

Yeah, like many 'harem' AVNs, it becomes kind of a fuckfest the more the game goes forward, but there's a reason for that, and choices involved influence what happens.

Yeah, there's no animations, and no music, but I prefer no animations than potentially ridiculous looking ones, as for the music it seems to be so damn complex to manage to get a hold on royalty free music, cause I know I've seen artists coming back on their decisions when they saw what their songs were used on (their loss really), I understand a developer not wanting to delve there. So I just start a playlist in the background, and that's it.

Now that those meagre 'negatives' are out of the way, I'll simply say that this AVN has way more depth than I expected, character development for pretty much all characters is pretty good, even if very cliché at times, story itself took a surprising turn as it went on with those 'Morale police' cult-like dumbasses (twas weird, kinda Handmaid's Tale), went all-out with the incest and I kind of understood where they were coming from, heck even the MC and the others understood, but loved how in the end it just depicted how hypocrite they were. Also, and especially, most choices had consequences, and while I expected some kind of potential full-on harem, something I don't particularly like, I didn't expect it to become the absolute polyamorous type of relationship, by the end they all fucked each others freely, and the MC had like 15 babies or something. That was unexpected, but with the way the endings were written, it made sense, Perverteer simply could of written a shitty ending like 'They were happy and had a lot of children' but nope, he went all-out, loved it.

All in all, it's wholesome, you grow attached to those characters, you love the good ones, you hate the bad ones, I know it made me feel something a couple times, and certainly not only horniness, I play for stories, the 'N' in AVN, and Sisterly Lust delivered.

• Short sex scenes. The MC is never allowed to cum more than once even though he is young and in his prime. I really dislike the "cum once and sex is over" philosophy that so many developers take.
• No realism with anal sex - no preparation, no enemas, often no lube, anal orgasm after losing their anal virginity, etc.
• I don't share the author's obsession with pussy hair. All girls have it with most fully natural and not trimmed. One girl even has lots of anal hair.
• Some paths are difficult to find - I missed out on quite a few somehow

Not sure what I did wrong but I could only get into a relationship with Liza (family members anyway). I did one touching scene with Rachel but nothing ever started with Bella or the mom. I'm not a fan of using a walkthrough (PDFs or text ones anyway) as games requiring them are flawed IMO. I thought I made all the best choices but apparently not... I don't feel compelled to play the game a 2nd time.

Good game overall, however the renders and character models look quite average to poor (dated).

I had a fun time with the game although frustrating at times when I could only find the Liza path. Looking back, I wish I had just downloaded the 1.1.6 Extra version and applied the walkthrough mod instead of playing the 1.2 version with no mod. The walkthrough mod isn't compatible with the latest version (1.2).

I recommend the game and encourage others to give it a try.

This is such a great game. I can't vouch for doing a blind playthrough (choice-wise) since I used Lain's Mod for this, but it was a great experience all the way through and I loved some of the flexibility allowed.

The writing is really well done and the MC has an incredible sense of humor that left numerous quotable lines around to share with friends that were amusing even out of context. This AVN was damned good at making me smile and I liked almost all of the characters, including some whom I don't feel like I normally enjoy in these games.

The game isn't all sunshine and butterflies, but any of the less desirable content/developments don't hold a negative enough lasting impression.

Great game, good story. The characters are various, each have their prefs.

A bit long, but it's okay for the story. The tale is captivating, but you have to be careful with your choices, because you can ruin your path easily.
The girls are wonderful, with different types of nature.

Bad things:

Some girls behavior just not add up. They're not normal. Also the side line story of them. Interesting, but if these characters had only two more sentences that reveal their background why they act like this, then it could give a fair checkpoint to the MC how to deal with them.

The visuals have obviously aged, and I do not like some of the available (optional) LI, but what a game it is! It delivers incest, harem and pregnancy masterfully. Hats off to Perverteer, and go check out his newest game, Tales From the Unending Void!

This was a Very Good Visual Novel a very interesting Story, Harem Opportunities and Realistic reactions to your actions. Particularly the Rendering of the Girls are First-Class and quite Beautiful.

While it doesn't have any music, I did enjoy playing through it to its conclusions. A lot of Branching based on your choices.

They say the sign of a good gift is when someone gets you something you didn't even know you needed. Well this game was a gift in that I didn't think I would really go for the incest but I love a good harem game so I gave it a try and absolutely loved the game. Great scenes and a really well done story. I played for the harem ending with some help from a mod

I Love it, It's a fantastic game. It's made me eager to play more of your games. The storyline is engaging, the chapters are well-paced, and there are multiple characters and choices that allow for varied gameplay.

Brilliant game. One of the first I played (6 years after the event...) and it got me hooked. Good pace in the story despite there being plenty of hot lewd scenes. Lots of choices that matter. And lots of humour and funny moments to boot.

Realy fun game you got the main plot with the sister´s / mom and in the time where you cannot do anything with them you have the other friends im rly loving this game atm the only downside for me is that this game has no music

Animations (and maybe sound) would be the only thing that could improve this.

The pristine aspect of this VN is the written, everything fits perfectly, with no dumb or magical twists. I enjoy how hard is to make your harem work, I had to make several runs and understand the personality of each girl. No magical horse-size dick, the MC needs some Brain to properly form his harem. I loved the challenge. The art is not the best out there in terms of render quality, but the realism in the girl's bodies is great. No giantism fetish, all-natural as should be in every VN.

It's just Solid—no Frills, no Feature Bloat; just a good game.

Sometimes classics are classics for a reason. Sisterly Lust is one of those cornerstone foundational AVNs that hark back to an era when renders were 2.5d renders in Poser or DAZ studios and not everybody and their brother was making adult games.

It relies fully and commits wholly to the incest kink—it's, quite literally, in the name—so people who aren't able to get on board with it will struggle with this game. It respectably has its niche and it sticks to it.

What makes this game a classic is its understanding of what it is. It's a harem porn game with a basic plot, a large variety of girls with different appearances and body types, and the inappropriate tension and sneaking around of forbidden (incestuous) relationships. And that's really it. It understands that's all it needs to be.

Unlike a bunch of games today that try to pad out the tension with some outrageous overarching plot or overwrought tension that keeps the MC from scoring with the girls, this game pares it back. It gives the characters room to breathe and allows their personality and behavior to carry the day. Because of that simple philosophy, the developer is forced to focus on the characters. They aren't innovative or exceptionally written, but they are obligated to be good enough. And that's what they are: good enough.

Lisa takes time to warm up to the idea of a sexual relationship because she's virginal and starts the story with a boyfriend. So the struggle with her is that the MC needs to teach her to explore her sexuality and then demonstrate that he can be a better man than her scumbag boyfriend (admittedly a very low bar). Bella starts off hating the MC because of abandonment issues stemming from her father, so the MC needs to either subjugate her or show her the love she never got from him.

It's not much, nor is it original or groundbreaking, but it doesn't need to be. Adult/romance/porn games already come with a massive suspension of disbelief. People who play them see a hot person and want to get with said hot person. Authors just need to be able to establish interest, build character, introduce some tension. Give the audience a reason to be invested in the storytelling of their relationship, and people will enjoy scoring with the hot girl. This game does that with no frills and nothing extra.

Most importantly, it doesn't break the immersion by trying to do too much. Characters behave reasonably, porn logic aside, and progression between them tends to flow naturally. Some of the harem are easier to get into bed and others take more convincing, as you would expect from their characters and context. But for most characters, their story doesn't just end once the MC gets them in bed, because the developer at least has an acceptable understanding of human relationships and recognizes that sex is just one part of the interaction. Even if you play a solo girl route, their stories feel rewarding because each step builds upon what's already happened.

Yes, the graphics aren't particularly good. Hell, they weren't especially good by 2018 standards either. No, there aren't any animations. Yes, it's basically a silent game. It wasn't groundbreaking back then, and it's certainly not groundbreaking now. But it understands that it doesn't need to be.

This game recognizes that the best tool for creating a harem fantasy is in the reader's mind. It engages you and allows you to enter this world with a weird MC who's attracted to his hot family and wants to establish a power fantasy harem with a dozen other girls in the mix. It establishes one central antagonist (quite literally the morality police) and just lets it sit there in the background, because that's all it nees to be: a background threat.

The world building is simple and effective. You're in some ordinary suburban family in what could be anywhere (it's never explicitly stated). It's not particularly important because it doesn't try to turn what isn't necessary to the story into something. It doesn't try to make the setting its own character, which is effective when done right, but often disorientating when unnecessary or done poorly.

It's not trying to create some dark and gritty atmosphere or elaborate fantasy world. It doesn't create some obnoxious sandbox where you need to click a million times and manually move the MC to work each day. It doesn't bait and switch you by dangling the possibility of a sex scene only to have it get cut off or interrupted through contrived twists. It simply focuses on the girls, their personalities, and the MC's pursuit of them.

In this genre, like many others, simplicity works. This visual novel embodies "Keep it simple, stupid!" and the result speaks for itself.

Sisterly Lust remains perhaps one of my top three AVNs of all time. Not because it's especially advanced visually, but because of the great story, love interest progression, and just how much it sucks you in and delivers the "full experience".

Having played it through 4 or more times now, I can honestly recommend it to anyone not opposed to "open physical relationships", or incest. It is absolutely a harem game, and delivers on that premise VERY well.

Despite having no animations, I'm giving Sisterly Lust a 4.9 rating. For what it does (and when it was made), it does it magnificently well.

Since this is a fairly old game, I will review it like I was stuck at 2018.

It's a good game, slice of life about corrupting your mom and sisters. Well, not really to be honest because this game actually has a quite insane branching. You want to go solo with one of your sisters or mom? go ahead. You want to go with two of them? go ahead. You want to go with three of them? go ahead. You want to go with all of them? go ahead. You want to go solo with one of the side girls? go ahead. You want to go with some of the side girls? go ahead. You want to be a monk for the rest of the game? go ahead. You want to fuck, impregnate, and marry almost every women? go ahead. Hell, you can even go back to your long lost exes and give them your children. The point is, this game gives you a LOT of freedom and I really mean it. That's why I gave this game five stars because not many AVNs nowadays have this insane branching.

The only downside is that there's no animated sex scenes but I don't really care. After all, the gameplay and the story are the ones that make it interesting. Don't worry about the renders, they all still look good despite being old.

Fairly linear game with an emphasis on incest (I mean its in the name). The game feels a bit bland and outdated when you initially play it, but you can see how the developer improved the game as it progressed. From better renders to a more involved plot. Characters are nice and original as opposed to daz3d render rips from most games on this site. 7/10 overall. The plot could be better but it was a nice play.
