Yup that is the right event. maybe it is something else, or was just a fluke. It isn't japanese locale because I have jp locale settings setup on my computer correctly. I will look into it more, if I can't replicate it again then Ill just chalk it up to being a fluke.
RPGMaker games sometimes crash spontaneously, for no apparent reason at all.
It spawns randomly i think, I kept checking the underwater fishing area everyday and suddenly the fish is there. Though iirc I found it after going to the small island at the end of the map, the one you use tide control thing. If already progressed there, just keep checking I suppose.
Is it the same for the next island and the fishing in the first mushroom area? unlocked all the areas on the island Mebusta but no fish appears there for a lot of days at this point
hello so i found a bug i think so after this dialog done i got soft locked (only can see dialog log)
yeah i got the same problem in geminga. the underwater pond has nothing but pitch black color, tried waiting for a while but nothing comes up.
As was replied to me its a random chance and it seems to be rather low, had to go there again and again for days and days before something appeared there
Yeah it is pitch black, the fish should appear randomly as a moving splash dot on the pond
i can read japanese a little bit, those japanese text roughly says that you haven't found all the fish in pollux. maybe you can try fishing there everyday till you complete the achievement
