I think im late but i don't know if im stuck or just missing something. Right after the start of the game, i went to gather herbs with the sickle, got a dialogue with Al, got the sickle, saw "do you want to see the tutorial about gathering?", i clicked yes.

Then after i gathered all the herbs in the differents areas, talked again to Al who got the same dialog, and also Myu who got the same dialog. Clicked on every impossible to collects points, cliff point and cave crystal point, nothing. Still stuck with the same dialog. The rabbit behind the house does not change his dialog to. Theres nothing else i can do, so am i softlocked?

Hmm a bit hard from the description, but the dialogues do not change inside of the gathering Areas.
Did you get the pickaxe? the fishing rod?
Did you craft the items to unlock the additional areas?
The game play is to get to a gathering gather what you can, sell get the plant/stone/fish gathering tool,crafting plans so that you can get items that allow you to get to additional areas. Then a quest will show up to get pieces of map to unlock another gathering area, once you have the piece you update the ship, that then repeats the cycle.
In the meanwhile you craft gifts for the girls to increase affection.And Other upgrades for the house and surroundings. Unlucking more etc.
