I understand that finding a "True Yuri" game is quite rare, but it seems like futanari is part of the creator’s personal preference, especially if you look at their works on Pixiv.

As for me, I still consider it Yuri as long as the characters are genuinely female and still possess female anatomy. As long as there are no male beings or humanoid male characters involved, I still count it as Yuri.
