I'm just gonna put something short here for now. Probably re-write it later.
First.. There needs to be a genre tag for Shrinking/Giantess type stuff.. or maybe just a Sizeplay tag for letting people know that it includes mini type stuff. That AI CG is a tag and has only been around for a short bit, but Shrinking/Giantess has been around since the inception of drawing...
That aside. This is a game I've come back to off and on. My main complaint with the game is that it's always been rather rough and involved. There's not much space to enjoy what you're watching as even in the good scenes you're usually doing active time events and being forced to do some rather difficult and involved processes to keep the game moving forward. That seems to be a problem that's being addressed recently though.
It seems that the developer is beginning to understand that the game is honestly quite hard and is beginning to add things to the game to help ease things on us some. I think the addition of abilities, powers and perhaps spells is a decent direction to go in. As it enables the game to mainly stay how it is, but lets the player get new ways to respond to old threats.
I'd rather not get too into all the things good and bad with the game right this minute, but I will say that you can tell the developer has been improving all around. Even their animation skills are improving. I really like the idea of them adding abilities to help ease the difficulty as I'll be honest.. I'm someone who enjoys difficult games. I love to play things that are almost impossible sometimes.. And even I get frustrated with some of this games mini-games that just flat out crush you.. It's entirely possible to end up in one of the "stomping" mini-games and before you even move just get crushed. Or worse.. You move and the game just decides that you're registered under the foot of the person who stomped despite that your body is 5 tiles left or right of the foot and you still get squashed flat...
Anyways. I'll come back to this post when I have more.. I like to try and be constructive with my reviews if I can be. To be fair, this game has a ways to go before I'd call it a great game, but for what it is right now, it's interesting and trying to deliver on something that just seems to be getting overlooked and denied a lot anymore. The Developer is getting more innovative and that gives me hope to see this become something more
(Side Note: can someone please.. update a walkthrough or guide or something.. All of these giantess' getting updates doesn't mean a single thing if you have no idea where they are.. What time to start them.. or even how to trigger them.. Can understand the desire for exploration from the developer.. But the maps are WAY too big, especially the interior of the mansion, for as little as there is to do so far.)
