Yep, just tried it, no clue of an english version.
After browsing the english post, the last comment is from their translator (months ago) and he is saying that he will step out from the project .

Well, i would move the thread to the translation section, however since they, (on the surface at least), say they are going to translate version .30, I don't see any reason to get a fan translation going...

Now, if they say things have changed and there is not going to be a translation, that would obviously change things.

Nope! Still 100% Russian. I did notice something on the Skaz game site. If you run the Russian page through google translate, it says "In english". But if you just go to the page itself it says "In russian".
