Looks like your bump/normal maps might be turned up a bit too much? Could also just be bad skin(s), or even bent too far at a weird angle. Do you have any HD add-ons or some type of skin morphs turned on, rogue or intentional? What are your SubD levels looking like for each figure?
Go to surfaces > Figure (whatever the model's name is) > Drop down and select Skin-Lips-Nails > Find Bump/Normal maps > Turn down each one by one and see if lowering one or both fixes your issue(s).
