Build the body bodyslider or don't it should work right out of the box. The problem should be fixed.
The reason your getting those seams is because SOS was originally for SAM body

if you wanna stay up to date(somewhat)oh god.. i re download skyrim, reinstall multiple time. still the seams on hand and feet not fix.. well. time to say good bye..

If you search this thread you'll find version 1.1 - not the latest, but it seems like the main update was in recorded voice quality - meaning you'd still get the same look and gameplay content.
