I strongly recommend you start by downloading a premade modlist on wabbajack so that A. you can play sometime before 2023 ends (seriously it could take well over a month to get a solid setup ready), B. you can get all the many fixes, patches, and popular enhancements to the game underneath the sex stuff that you just wouldnt know about, and C. so that you can learn concepts one at a time by modifying an already working modlist, e.g. learning how to customize bodys and outfit, and D. so that you can break the modlist and see how delicate and annoying conflict resolution can be. I've been modding the game since it came out and even I would never start fully from scratch. If you're determined to have full control over the important bits I recommend at least getting a graphics/general gameplay focused modlist on Wabbajack such as Ascencio or Ro so you can focus on adding sex stuff. If you want to see the potential for an absolutely decked out list that has enough room for you to add to it or break it you can download nefaram. Its mainly focused on female characters but you can play as a male character and tailor it towards that experience
