Are you on a downgraded skyrim? If so you might need the backport extended esl support since i suspect dirty deeds 1.6.3 was built using one of the newer versions of creation kit

the file was posted on LL just nab it from the comment with " 邢露1.0.rar ". trying to look into Nia and RRC apparently stands for the creator RaRaCraft
