It's from tesgeneral.com, some old site that was maintained by 4schan elder scrolls general around 12 year ago, the main site went down around last month since the last owner isn't active and hasn't paid the site bills, so another one took over and a lot of followers were lost.
There may be a new release out, judging from the limited version 9 that recently released on the Nexus.

Actually this isn't correct. Naughty voices 2.7 isn't compatible with standalone. Only 2.7a works with standalone and the first version of OPrivacy that works with standalone still hasn't been posted. And the current versions Naughty voices 3.1 and OPrivacy 3.0 are found on discord but you get access to them through his Patreon.Go to page 292 of this thread and when you see Link compendium, select xxx tools and you'll find Naughtyvoices 2.7. Works great with Ostim Standalone btw

The tabs near the top like "all" are sections you can click specifically, there should be one for outfits etc .
You also need to make an Arca account to see the all the nsfw tabs now
No wait, most of the tabs are hidden to non-members now lol

damn i hope someone can share 3.1 naughty voices makes SL redundant for me because with it ostim is soo much better, i have the 2.7a but idk in which update of ostim it's going to stop working.

base64 just search on google dude, then decode it. Do not search the code on google just search "base 64 decode"
