Considering how "erratically" this Seregris guy has been behaving, I'd be more inclined to believe this whole thing is just a small prank on his part; especially since the alternative would be admitting that a mod author is somehow using SKSE scripts to look at someone's browser cookies (which is frankly too fucked up for me to even think about)Spread the word let anyone and everyone know. I remember other mod authors tried stuff like this and people let their displeasure be known because that's a massive invasion of privacy. Assuming the entire fiasco wasn't just the mod author starting shit.

Yes, it's highly recommended creating backups from time to time of modlists for games like Skyrim or Fallout 3/NV/4 and any others that require a significant investment of time (days, weeks or even months) to rebuild after a disaster. Confirmed in a new gameplay with Dyndolod build with PapyrusUtils only, everything work fine.Alpha 32 & 33
To test the bug:
1) Build Dyndolod with Dll NG 32 or 33
2) Join the thieves guild and get your two first jobs from Delvin and Vex.
The bug appear for the ledger (You must be registered to see the links) quest marker not appearing and the ledger not activating as long as you save your game and reload the save before activating the ledger.
So to succeed the Numbers Job you shouldn't save and reload your game before activating the ledger.
I reinstalled Skyrim from scratch I tested the mods one after the other until I narrowed it to Dyndolod/Dll NG.
That was one of my suspicions since it was one of the mods I added in the latest weeks.
