Its definitely not. Silent Horizons 2 Universal New Dawn is supposed to be a direct successor to the Original Silent Horizons.
Shader Core is only a post processing suite for ENB.
Universal Core is built for gameplay and performance
Universal Dawn is the magnum opus everything the original Silent Horizon had and more.
Idk but its been paywalled for a long time now. Its $8 looks like.
