(Lilyrim tried to put this shit in his mods, but got a lot of hate and changed his mind). It's something popular among Chinese greedy modders. Lilyrim described the principle in the comments: "(the principle is that the encrypted bsa cannot be opened, and the skse folder contains encrypted files. Oh, I have heard of this only once before a long time ago and never saw it mentioned again, if it wasnt $20 I would subscribe and check out the files but $20 is rediculous for a single skyrim mod authors patreon.
