Definitely does work, pretty much every mod that works in SE should work in AE, of course there are some exceptions (and they normally have an AE patch), but most of the time they do work without any patch or workaround

I guess this mod is Dogma Thief, so latest versions are paywalled I find at least one post when dude shares newer version, than urs

СP and guro-porn content is prohibited.

I’m not against mods themselves - I believe every mod deserves attention, no matter how disgusting it might be to someone. However, I cannot host that kind of content on my website for legal reasons, because I physically own this server and don’t want to risk legal trouble.

Average Skyrim pornography, even with unusual themes like horses, is somewhat acceptable. I also don’t care about copyright. But the more extreme stuff is better shared privately via DM or Lovers-Lab if they still accept it.

I just noticed I made a goof and uploaded the nexus version of maximum carnage and maximum skeletons to saguinemods.
They have been replaced with the correct versions, my bad ya'll.
