Hello everyone, I decided to try something new and switched to OStimSA, maybe someone can share the best mods for it, for animation, gameplay, etc. What is not in the official installation guide. links/names, it doesn't matter.

You can run ostimsa alongside whatever you want, it's els and also supports lots of sexlab mods (tho it's really barren and useless, having (in fact) the sole purpose of improving vanilla 2p scenes)
Ostim SA engine is way more sophisticated than SexLab engine.
I have zero interest in other Sexlab mods like creatures, defeat, prostitution, ... whatever.

Is there any way to use OStim anims between two npcs, and not restricted between just player and npc?

These are mostly quantity over quality.
A good guide should give the recommended mods and list mods that have issues or flaws.
Half of animations mentioned are flawed and do not integrate well with Ostim interface.

Hello! I don't really understand! How do you install and use Complete Rt ? Cause it look really cool!
First install Reshade then copy shaders and textures folders from Complete RT archive into reshade-shaders folder of your game. For example F:\Kingdom Come Deliverance II\Bin\Win64MasterMasterSteamPGO\reshade-shaders
