you're gonna have to sacrifice some graphical fidelity if you want some fps back. based off of my experience, getting rid of lighting mods gave me alot of fps back and dealt with the stuttering issues i had. if you're using JK's city overhauls, you may wanna find a replacement to that as well since it is fps hungry for lower-end users. oh and ofcourse 1-2k textures, 4k for massive things like mountains or sky only. everything i said is based off of my own experience with an rtx4060 which isn't even particularly crappy but my modlist is huge and i wasn't considerate of fps hungry mods in the beginning. oh, and you can try getting 90 fps if falkreath is 35fps and 35fps isnt your average. but lets start with x2 instead of x3 imo, a lower base fps will result in more apparent artifacts, especially on x3, not to mention the demand on the gpu.
