Here's an update to fix up my BillyPetite Ostim Conversions(minus the FF one I'll do it later) since I saw like 500 people downloaded it.
I now have everything scaled correctly for the PetiteTitledWheelMF pack and the PetiteMF pack.
Now when going from one sex animation to a completely different one, your short followers won't become tall during that transition anymore.
I also fixed a page that had 11 animations that wouldn't appear. I had to remove all oral sex animations and then put the animations from the page that wouldn't show up into their place as a weird workaround.
I then moved the oral sex animations into their own mod entirely, which is also correctly scaled. While I was at it added about 8 new oral sex animations, because I wanted to give ya'll something new.
Here's all 3 mods in one zipfile

It's not very convenient for several reasons. Discord servers are not searchable via google etc, so newbies won't be able to find the server easily, they need to know where to get the link. Discord is more about communicating in the here and now, looking for something old there is not convenient. Also, discord server can be blocked due to piracy, links would need to be encrypted.
There are such servers (but as I said above, you need to know where to find the links...I don't know).

Kozakowy complains that his mods were leaked to such server. There was also a server of r/drownedmods (admin cried because of reddit policy and went to discord, but due to the fact that discord servers are not searchable, there weren't many members, and there was no new content there).Latest PRJ armors anyone?

you can upload 20s audio of any voice to train it instantly and it has decent emotion sliders 100 times better than that outdated xVASynth shit, and if you're asking why don't i do it myself then? well because i don't have much free time or knowledge about dialog mods and english is not my language but for experienced modder this is snack.nice! I think two of them are already ones i could find. Don't suppose you know of any re4 remake ada outfits?
In ostim how do I add the climax option without waiting for the gauge to fill. Some animations have them and some do not

I had a quick look since it's not mentioned (that I can see) on the Patreon page.Thanks ! May i ask what does the Skip files do ?
- Normal - Looks like you need to complete the civil war quest line or part of it as well as her tribute quest. Then you can recruit her.
- Skip Requirements - You can recruit her seemingly immediately without any restrictions.
- Skip Requirements Immersive - Removes the civil war aspect and her tribute quest. But you need to at least be friends with her. (Many other mods can allow for increasing relationship levels.)
EDIT: Also the skip requirement mods aren't esl's for some reason. You can tick the esl flag if you're starting a new game at least.

Do you mean that your browser flags the zip file and doesn't allow download? It has to do with the hosting site, not the file itself usually. Checked on virustotal, it comes up all green, so it should be safe.
