English is not my native language, so I may have explained myself badly. I meant to convey that I totally agree with your words and that we haven't the right to complain about something that we take totally for free (referring to those who complain because the mod is not perfect or has bugs).

I was told it was a custom skin but the mole placement and nipples are too distinct for it to not be somewhere out there, since these came from two separate people.

At least I found a similar character on the page (44th image). But the specular map on the second pic looks like BNP because of the dripping drops. The placement of the moles is different, but that could be a separate overlay or texture edit by the author of the screenshots

Does anyone happen to know where I can find the Tera Masks that were previously uploaded here? Saw a retexture mod on Nexus that mentioned it with screenshots that looked cool, but the file is unavailable.

Yes- I was told Screenshot 1 was based off of BnP Porcelain and is likely using the same speculars and is a custom overlay or texture
Screenshot 2 is different, you are correct, but as far as I've been able to figure out, whatever golden tone that also adds that mole is still a mystery. I haven't found any overlay packs that even add body moles. Though it's not hard to open NIFskope and just add a dark circle
