No, it hasn't been released. It's being tested by subscribers which means it has lots of bugs (e.g. clipping, wrong slot assignments, broken texture sets, unfinished bodyslides, etc). Why would you want that?
When it's done it will be released for free on Patreon and Nexusmods.
