At least according to the description on the Patreon page, the only difference is that you can zap the cape on the paid version, which you can easily do in Outfit Studio anyway.

Patron version adds more texture sets (Spartan, Athenian, Trojan) and SMP physics for several pieces (not just cape).

Yeah, like it was pointed out already it's an adult story driven mod which has very little to do with original story of dragonborn. The writing and mod quality overall is kinda on another level of anything similiar that was made by the community (that is if there are even similiar mods to this one). Mod has it's own animation system, and ideally requires starting a new game with list of mods that won't in any way interfere with it.

What happened to arcalive ? can't find the armors/costumes section anymore, the skyrimcostumedatabase site isn't updating either
