Firstly - THANK YOU.
Does this replace the 7.1 Billy Pettite file? I am not getting any increase of animations when I add this to my list :/ 7.1 works excellent...

try loverslab.
here's one, maybe more in depth than needed if you are already familiar with other mods, but a pretty comprehensive modlist, so could give you somewhere to start.

Also here's Lucy from the Fallout TV show since I saw a moderator pulled it from Nexusmods a bit ago. It's super high quality looks just like her.
