Judging by that brick pattern and that style. I'm almost sure thats a mashup of fallout 4 outfit pieces. Vtaw has some stuff like that in his stupid huge collection of clothing.

If I were you I'd do both to be safe and always keep an archive. Nothing is set in stone here. The internet is filled with skyrim mods that just have dead links.
It should be listed as creamarmor, that's what it showed up for me with this additem mod that I use at least.

The outfit names themselves will be squares though, unless you translate it.

The core of my website is hosted on a physical server I own in Russia. It placed in a save space in my garage.
To obscure the server’s real IP and reduce the risk of direct attacks, traffic is routed through multiple proxy servers so external queries resolve to third-party hosts. There's no chance some host can block me so I'll lose something because of that.
The domain was purchased from a reputable registrar that permits a wide range of content, and the purchase was made with Monero.
I understand that no system is completely secure, and I am not inviting or encouraging attempts to hack the site by individuals proficient in that area. I also make regular backups.
This is actually what it looked in the summer when I've just started. It mostly made using a help hand of ChatGPT

But if you want military/camo style stuff in skyrim you will need to learn to port stuff from f4 to skyrim. Vtaw as 9 complete collections of armor on the Nexus.
