Its not a vortex error. You didnt read the instructions on engine fix which comes in two parts. One goes in the root of your install where the game .exe is and one is installed as a normal mod.

I didn't see anything important he didn't copy and convert from other modders.
Now communicating with the community shaders club which is a resource hog.
