My Last question is: will wabbajack still allow download modlist if the game is cracked? on their requirements they say "original game copy" I don't know if it's there for avoiding legal issue or it really won't work?

Yes, He should stay on the pirated 1.5.97 version. I have both, but use this version cuz it's not connected to steam app, which as you know is intrusive, to say the least.

My only worry is I don't know if wabbajack will still install if the version is pirated (I didn't set my desktop yet to try)

I never used wabbajack, does it have some kind of DRM attached? If not, I don't see an issue. I use a capt.jack steam version offline, but sometimes I'm online and get a ping from steam, which is blocked immediately. Most mods nowadays are updated to AE, but I'm using BEES and love the stability of 1.5.97 and I'm just a non - conformist at heart, so here I'll remain.
But do what works for you

I didn't know anything abt this, but i can imagine modding a Unreal Engine must be a nightmare, pretty sure TSE6 is going with version 6.

God speed, modders.

It's said that Mantella only works with SE, but some Wabbajack require AE for example. (Mantella is a priority for me) But it's still confusing in case I buy AE might not work or whatsoever...

You can't just say "I use Linux", but what distro you are using as well, as all distros have different requirements to mod Skyrim.
