CBBE is old. Use it alongside 3BA, a newer and improved add-on version of CBBE.

For the vagina specifically? I would say BHUNP if you want SMP physics as it's much more responsive and opens wider than 3BA's. I don't use BHUNP personally as I'm used to 3BA and the 3BA SMP vagina opens up enough for me since I use realistic-sized schlongs (besides creatures but it doesn't bother me too much
).If you don't use SMP and only CBPC, then I would say 3BA imo.

BHUNP is the best for vagina collision. It's higher detailed than 3ba but lower than UBE.
If you have lots and lots of clothing mods, then it'll probably be better for you to use 3ba (even though BHUNP has like 90% of clothing mods converted.)
I personally use BHUNP and have never had any issues. I have lots of friends who use 3ba so honestly i'd go for one of them.

3BA (CBBE) became popular in Nexus SSE only because the original author of UNP closed the permissions of port UNP to SSE. If not all classic LE UNP clothes/armors go to BHUNP.
