I updated my mod "Rebuilding the Blades" to version 1.1, fixing bugs and improving.
One thing I noticed is that you can't start a new quest until Delphine and Esbern have finished their chat about "Alduin Walls".

Which mean
MQ203.GetStage() >= 300

MQ203 is completed at stage 280, but Delphine/Esbern discussion about Alduin wall end at stage 300.

I dont see a lot of people interested in the mod. If not I can update.
