Then what file (and values) should be edited then? I'm also looking for more precise/realistic body physics (anus and vagina as well if possible)

That is NOT Urbon's Serana. That is NikyTale's own Serana replacer based on UBE, which is what they have switched to.
You have no clue about it. CBBE isn't old. 3BA simply adds physics to it.
And fully modelled lady parts, and more triangles, and more sliders...... There's a little more than "just physics".

Create an empty mod, create this folder path = textures\actors\character\female and paste the Sumika Skin inside it.. active the empty mod and this overwrite your already installed skin texture..

I always wanted good sex animations in Ostim/BHUNP but its looks there is a lot of experimentation in this subject with different results. So I simply disable SMP (dont care of it) in BHUNP as most of boobs animations I saw in showcase videos are cartoonish.
But I use fast HDT for hair and outfits with some selected NPCs.
Do you know if there is a way to get standalone versions of Sapphire and Mjoll that are in this video? They look extremely realistic. Particularly Mjoll look like a real badass not the dolls we see in nexus:

It's probably one of those ugly COTR replacers. Sapphire is fine though. You can make your own replacer using one of those Xedit scripts and your favorite follower mod. This might be a basic take but Ugly≠bad ass
