, one is an older AE build without Steam requirement, though IIRC it doesn't support opening 1.71 plugins. I don't know if the one you're asking for will work with an emulator steam_api64.dll, but guess it's worth trying.

Dont buy it period.
When you see jerks like Ellianora, Trainwiz, Drathvitrial doing micro-transactions its more than one reason to not do it.
