Not another base defense stage... Those are an exercise in frustration. "oh you didn't get these few specific upgrades? might as well just kill yourself cause you're gonna die anyway or get the castle breached and lose that way"

A tip for the folks struggling: Don't unlock the 3rd weapon slot. It will only increase time buffing your main 2 weapons. A maxed weapon is worth more than 3 weaker ones.

100% agree. The levels would have to be longer and harder for a 3rd weapon to be relevant. For shorter levels it is a disadvantage.

EDIT:
It would make sense if the 'extra slot' perk also gave a small xp boost.
If it gave a 10%-15% bonus to xp there'd be a reason to take it. Or at least it should give a guarantee there'll be an upgrade to your selected weapons.
